There are only 2 or 3 places within walking distance.

Health Center at PJ de Inn, across the road from the PJ Hilton entrance (somewhere behind the Kentuck Fried Chicken)

Spa at Hotel Armada (across the highway from PJ Hilton); can walk using the overhead bridge.

Much further up the road from Hotel Armada is Crystal Crown hotel where there is another spa/health center.

You can also hop on to a taxi and go to the spa at Cititel hotel at Midvalley.

Cititel, Armada and Crystal Crown should be better than PJ de Inn.
