Went with TGT's advice and 1500 baht is pretty much the norm for most girls, some won't go lower than 2 k which is fair enough (but those are the ones online). The bar girls in this area though, seem to me like a sorry and disinterested lot, maybe it's just me and it's low season.
As for Patong girls, most won't want to come to you in Rawai, but will be willing for 2 k if you come to them. Some will be willing to come to you in Rawai at 2 k, some others will want a taxi fare on top. Can't say I fault them too much as even in low season Patong is absolutely buzzing with people, the clubs are full and plenty of freelancers about. The online girls there aren't hurting for customers one bit. Most Patong girls will be ok with 2 k ST, some won't budge below 3 k, and a few delusional ones at 4 k+.
Just following up on the last few posts from RM / TGT / Monte. I went for a Saturday night out on Bangla in Patong, and I would have to agree with Montecristo about general activity. Very busy even for this low season. But even though there are loads of people out and loads of "WGs", I am not entirely sure about the barfine prospects, and I did not see that many FLs out (other than the legion of Ladyboys after midnight).
The gogo scene is really a mixed bag. I spent several hours at Suzy Wongs (2 visits), Harem (2 visits), and Nidas agogo (across from Suzy Wong and down a couple from Harem). Having done multiple visits to Bangkok, Pattaya, and Hua Hin over the past year, I was first struck by just how hot the girls are at the Bangla gogos. Body quality is consistent tight bellies, fit asses, and amazing nipple protrusion (but far too many fake boob jobs) and even the lower grade girls would have made fine bed companions.
I was also struck by the very sexy dance atmosphere, with so many hotties dancing so erotically and fully or semi nude (seeing all that hot snatch right in front of your eyes is unhealthy), but the overall atmosphere is pretty civil and polite. But that leads to the negative. It is not a pleasant version of the old system but a more regulated and restricted new system. Through 5 bar visits from 10:30-1:30, I only saw 1 guy leave with a girl. And while I never attempted to pull the trigger (never got close enough, which says something), my overall sense is that the Patong gogos are more like spectator shows. Yes they are trying to milk customers for lady drinks (250 baht, and my Singhas were 180 and some still water around 120), but even that seemed mild. It is more like they want to keep the waves of guys coming in all night to have a few drinks as they ogle the amazing talent and maybe buy a few lady drinks before they get refused for the BF.
I started at Suzy Wongs. Really good atmosphere, with the girl dancers fit, sexy, and quite friendly with each other and customers. They try to pull you in with their signs about Smacking Asses, but that mainly means the girls on stage whipping the guys below on the back with the fake whips that make lots of noise. Some stage dancers will allow fondling for tips, but only if it is consensual. I saw one guy feel up a hot dancer on the ass when she had her back turned toward him and she got crazy angry. I was thinking wtf, this is looking like western female double standards, especially given the Smacking Ass marketing theme they use to pull guys in. (And just a minute later she was licking another girls anus on stage. Go figure).
There was a handful of super hotties and loads of nice ones at Suzy Wongs. The super hotties seemed fully occupied with guys buying loads of lady drinks and getting handy with them, and I was sure they would be BFd. I also saw 1 super hottie walk in around 11 in her civilian clothes, and I thought maybe she was returning from a ST, but not sure. Anyway, I asked the nice waitress about LBs and BFs. She responded that SWs has only 100% pure girls, but she was evasive about BFs. She just said that I would have to ask the individual girl I was interested in. That was the first time I'the ever not been given some sort of BF pricing system.
Anyway I wanted to check out other places so I went on to Harem. As was mentioned by other reports, it is now super big in 3 sections, which I found unappealing, simply because you only had a few girls dancing at long intervals immediately in front of you, and if you wanted to check out others, you had to keep walking or moving seats. (I was the only one doing this.) But loads of hot girls and dancing so fine. Most seemed to have giant fake boob jobs, however, which while it looks great at first glance, is NMCOT. I noticed an Indian gentleman next to me get rejected by one dancer she would not even sit with him. I asked the waiter about BFs, and he said 2000 baht just to take them from the bar. The girl would negotiate her own ST or LT fee on top of this that would be paid to her. Here is where I saw (only) 1 very attractive girl leave with a gentleman, and I would imagine that his total bill for drinks, BF, and sex would likely exceed 10 k. Given how hot these girls are, it could easily be over in 30 seconds if you explode right away and only get 1 shot!
I then checked out Nidas. There were fewer patrons (around 10) but still plenty of very hot dancers. These girls were the best dancers of all. But they avoided all eye contact with customers and focused only on their rather slow and extremely erotic movements, as well as being fixated on their own images in the wall mirrors. My impression of these girls was that they were simply haughty and arrogant and generally out of reach. When I re entered SWs around 1 am, I was shocked to find all of the 11 pm girls still there (including super hotties) but all of their previous suitors were gone. WTF?! If it were the Philippines I would have guessed they had made closing time reservations, but they were still milking in drinks with new customers. I even had the very hottest one approach me (she had been "taken" by a young ABC next to me at 11, who was loading her with shots). Question for TGT: Looks like you did some sort of automated paste of the numbers, how did you do that? My method would have been to screen capture my location from something like "Altimeter" or "Compass" and then manually type the numbers into a report. I suspect you have a smoother method.

To get coordinates, right click on a google map location or if no location where you have dropped a pin.
It shows a menu with the GP coords at top, then just hover over them with the mouse and left click to copy to clipboard so you can paste.
On a phone, mine is iPhone, it is a little harder.
Using google maps I drop a pin, then scroll down the info on the pin until I see the coordiantes, then click on them to copy and I can then paste.

As usual, TGT is at once generous, accurate, and highly practical. I just walked past Well Done and Sky Eye an hour ago. Well Done had a very nice looking girl all by her lonesome self out in front.
