Usually hang out at the sports book to bet and watch football but, sometimes find the company of a couple females.

Best bet is to not check your bag, hussle as quickly as possible through customs, get a taxi, and check into a love motel or hotel by the hour. Its going to be faster and cheaper than going to a normal hotel. Also, keep in mind we used to do this on a Sunday and there was little or no traffic to and from the airport. If you do this during the week during rush hour forget it.

There won't be any traffic coming into Panama but, going back during rush hour four / five hours later may be congested. Also, you can try Veneto or Ashe at that time. Probably your only two realistic options.

As a templet for others, yes, a quick trip is easily possible at least it was doable on NYE for a quickie staying at Veneto. Landed PTY and unloading at the gate approximately 7:30 pm No luggage so clear immigration and taxi to Veneto in 45 minutes. Strolling the casino floor with a drink in 1 hour. Picked my lady of choice payed the room plus a $45.00 joiner fee. Two-hour room time and taxi back to check in at gate. All of this was at a fast pace about 4 1/2 hours total. In addtion I had a great cab driver and retained him for my airport return.

One caution to others is this time frame was with zero traffic. It was accomplished with zero immigration line. Any immigration or traffic delay no way could you do this.

Well done pilot! Next time you can save some $, go straight to Habano, pick a girl and go around the corner to the short term hotel.

You lucked out at the airport. In my experience, more than the immigration line, it was the long customs line that took forever the couple times I was in PTY.

How is pty during super bowl weekend? Anything close to how the DR is that weekend?

Very excited about my upcoming trip.

On one of my first trips, I went to the strip club near La Bocaterena, and had a blast, took this very gorgeous girl upstairs.

For $20 for 20 minutes, she was wonderful, came back 2 days later and did her again.

My last visit in May, went there and asked a girl about going upstairs and she acted offended!

My question is this place now just a strip club only?

I was there last year and went to several superbowl parties in the casinos. Hotel SORTIS in Obarrio had the best food.

Take two chicas to your hotel room and put the game on tv, you will have a better time!

Went to la bocatoreña the last couple of afternoons / evenings. It's cheap and cheerful. But of course, mechanical.

Didn't purchase on the first visit but did the last. 20 minutes for 20 dollars (15 for the girl and 5 for the room). I didn't much like the immediate up-sell. Wanting more money for this and that. I banged her, spilt my beans and exited. Beers are $1. 75. There was also some street on my walk back (ten minutes from la bocatoreña. It's a wild guess but I *think* it may be calle 18/19) - with bars on it. Checked them out. Pretty unremarkable. Some stripping in one of them but pretty tame. Girl strips then immediately once stripped, she leaves the floor. Beers were cheaper. Between 1-1. 50 on this street.

Anyone know where I can buy some cheap viagra? Was quoted $60/4 pills at a farmacia. Must be possible to buy for less.

Any other cheap working girl houses or strip joints?

Thanks guys. Yes, I had better success today. Tried a different farmacia. And made it clear I wanted generic. Started out at 5/ pill but ended up at 3/ pill.

Went back to la bocatoreña. Was early in the afternoon. Not too busy. But a bit of talent knocking about. Took Vanessa. A fine looking Colombiana for an hours session at the pension nearby. Was worthwhile for $50.

Planning my next trip and trying to choose between Panama and Costa Rica. Did DR a few years and Colombia last year. Was thinking Brazil put going to postpone that till later down.

If you want pics to choose which has better looking girls, that answer is definitely Panama. Great selection that pretty much doesn't compare to CR in that aspect from my experiences. But the overall experience of each place is much different adding in all the other factors of hotels, city size, more extensive tourist experiences, fellow guys to connect with among other things. Both have their time and place to experience in my opinion if you don't like heading the extra distance to Colombia or the like. Since there are tons of colombian girls basically there.

The street I couldn't remember the name of (from my previous report) was / is Calle 18 Este. Now, this isn't a mongering destination per se. It's a street full of bars. On the RHS. Third one down, the girls take turns to strip. Basically, this is one of these joints where you pay $5 for a drink for the girl. For their company.

Most of the bars didn't do anything for me on this street. I just had a quick look through. However, 'Marys' (first bar on the RHS. Entering from the Av. Balboa end) is fairly lively. These are just regular people letting loose. However, I was also pitched the $5 beer thing there as well as being propositioned for the full monty. The latter didn't go anywhere as between not having much spanish and the damn noise (if we had a quiet word, I'd have been able to communicate somehow), I couldn't make a whole lot of sense out of her.

Been back to La Bocatorena a few times. Just had a few beers and enjoyed the view. Have not gone to other parts of town as more expensive and it's a bit out of my way in any event.

@ LuvPanamaBabes: Where is the strip club near La Bocatorena? I am aware of one other place (around the block / side street from La be.) - but it's a dark dingy place. Didn't see any place for stripping and didn't seem to be much in the way of life there.
