Just read report from OTPIL, a first timer in Tijuana. You can understand in the general risks of ordering escorts. No need to do exhaustive sampling of the old, ugly, lumpy "escorts" and their shady operators.

I checked out a few Tijuana escort sites. The pics all show older, not too attractive, odd-looking girls. In real life, they look even worse, as the pics had been photo shopped to make them look better. Baits and switch are common and must be expected. The services will send whoever available, regardless how ugly, not who you order.

When the escorts show up not looking like what you order, you should just tell them to leave. If you are a pushover and put up with the shit they send you, they will try to further take advantage of you. While the monger may be hoping for the closeness of a GFE, it's just cold, ruthless business and scams to the escorts and their operators. They would try every way to send the ugliest girls, to do the least work, giving the least pleasures, to pry the most money out of the guys. I would never risk going to a motel, waiting with dick in hand, getting an older woman with 6/10 face, droopy boobs, 4/10 body with a stinky pussy and bad attitudes, when I can hang out in the bars and check out the girls carefully before deciding who I will take upstairs.

There are also huge security risks engaging these shady escorts operators, if and when they get busted for something serious, like trafficking or smuggling. You and your phone numbers can be easily traced, and you may be tangled in the mess. Homeland Security Department has just about unlimited resources to investigate cross-border crimes. I have seen people caught up in these investigations and legal actions in federal courts. They got dragged through the mud for their families, friends and the world to see. All their assets were drained off quickly and they all got serious prison sentences.

Federal laws are very strict, enforcement relentless, and the penalties are usually severe. Hanging out in the clubs banging bar girls, you can be anonymous and untraceable. One less thing to worry about in a monger's life.

But I suppose it must be done, if for the sake of newbies or even experienced Mongers contemplating a trip south of the border and exploring such 'services' if nothing else.

As in all aspects of mongering, YMMV applies, and it is too bad QTPII's first experience with an escort wasn't so good. A couple times they jacked up the price a little bit, but in my broken Spanish I'd say that's not what we agreed on and just offered a couple dollars for a tip (which I usually do anyway) and got out relatively problem free.

The biggest confrontation with me was when I refused to tip the guy who opened the car door for me. I approached the cab, negotiated my fare, did everything myself. When I go to open the door, some guy just standing there forcefully jumps in front of me (while at the same time pushing me aside) to open the door. I get in and he wants a tip, I say no, but the cab driver doesn't leave. At this point a couple of his buddies join him outside of my cab to try to intimidate me into tipping him. They are swearing at me and trying to break me down but I stood my ground. What are they going to do, assault me right in front of HK in the middle of the day while the bouncers witness the entire event? I wouldn't think that's good for business. After damn near 5 minutes of this I told the cabbie, Mira, no propina para tu amigo. Si no vamos ahora no propina para tu why yo busco un otro taxi (Look, no tip for your buddy. If we don't leave now, no tip for you and I'll get another cab). That worked and we finally left.

I don't mind tipping for an honest service like a cab ride, shoe shine, or BJ in the lap dance booth, haha. With the downturn of the global economy and the decline in business for everyone, some of these cabbies in Tijuana can be assholes and thugs.

I used to take cabs back to the border late at night, so I developed regular business and friendship with 2 cabbies who park in front of Playboy club, just in case something bad happens, with fares that had been agreed to in advance, so there was no haggling and no waste of time.

These 2 old cabbies drive blue and white taxis, parked in front of Playboy club on Constitucion corner Coahuila. He speaks English very well. His name is Diego, and his friend, Miguel. They are both nice, respectful and helpful old men who try to scratch a living out of this hard place, Tijuana. They are always shaking their heads in amazement how these young, pretty Mexicans would hang out in the weather all day, all night, renting out their pussies and give all the money to their padrotes, who stay back at the apartment, eating, drinking, smoking, sometimes fucking their best friends and neighbors.

I have negotiated fares to common destinations with these 2 cabbies. They usually take $3 from Coahuila back to the border, sometimes only $2 and change went I ran dry. Ride from Coahuila to the otay Mesa crossing is $10. I sent a wingman that way for Brown Field a couple times. If you get robbed, arrested or lost your wallets, these 2 cabbies are trust worthy. They will take you back to the border on credit, or perhaps taking you to the right policia and help you file complaints and claim your losses.

Business has been very slow. They are available for rides to Rosarito, Ensenada ect. At vastly discount rates.

It heads west towards playas (I don't know how far it goes, since I always get off of it in LZ in front of Bar Taurino (at the intersection of Primera /1st and Constitution).

You can pick up a Ruta (12 passenger van) on third (just west of Nino Heroes) that will take you to Playas for 12.5 pesos.

HK is a lot of fun and excitement on Friday and Saturday nights with the best selection of top-tiered chicas. The newbies should definitely not miss those nights.
