It is overpriced based on the context, he got the price reduced from 1. 3 to 1. That makes me think it is overpriced a lot to start with. How do you know 1 M is not overpriced? If I were doing it, I would get a table with the girls, and fuck 2 or 3 girls one by one on site until 4 and go to Paradise with them later or take them back to the hotel after closing time. Also my original response is not about the price, it is about the lack of service/BBBJ.

Differences when using "ser" versus "estar" and how that changes the meaning of the other verb that is used with it are something we don't have in English and lead to a lot of miscommunication for people trying to learn Spanish.

SA isn't a dating site.

I've found that women (who aren't selling sex) tend to be strongly opposed to prostitution and dislike men who seek it out.

Typically Visa, Mastercard for Americans), not the bank. As long as you go where transaction fees are lowest (or use Schwab, CapitalOne) and decline the conversion fee they should all end up nearly the same on a given day.

It's so confusing that it makes you think that if you don't accept, then you are not getting pesos. I have learned from my mistakes and now always decline the conversion and still get my pesos as you noted.

I think their banking system is different than in the US. You are correct about cards issued by US banks.
