Nude photos - further discussion
hi guys,
just to add another slant to the photos of young girls debate, and without getting heavily into the morality or immorality of the topic - i am not sure there are readily enforcable laws, as long as they are not gratuitous pics, or done without permission or with coercion.
take nudism - there's no law to prevent nudists documenting their holidays on film, and this is already used as an excuse to distribe pics of **** girls on the net... and seems to be accepted.
and flipping the rules to the absurd end of the age scale - if naked **** girls were not allowed to be photographed - then a pic of a newborn spreadeagled on the changing table would also be forbidden - yet people share around these pics in any company without a second thought, even at the dinner table! heaven forbid!
but from a legislative point of view, it's a total minefield. how to you ban nude photos younger than 16 and older than 3 or 4 years? why should infants not get the same legal protection of a 14 year old?
it's the degree of innocence inherent (or assumed on the part of both the photographer, the 'model' and the ultimate viewer of the material that seems to determine how moral or amoral a picture is. naked and happy - fine. lips spread and crying - not fine.
sure wouldn't want to bet on either the prosecution or the defense in any case arguing such a decision though.
there's only one thing that can be said with certainty - best not to go there in the first place.
on a happier note - if my plans work out, i'll have some more mongering to report soon.
