Looks like I am better off being a genuine tourist in Dubai ratger than a monger. Not worth it especially when coming from Thailand!
Second visit to the C* M* AMP, was going to go to the Lunar place, but decided to go to the tried and tested. Went in in the afternoon, very quiet, close to a well known chain of non Thai massage parlours.
