I am pretty surer I have talk with some CIA or the counterparts in Russia, or Kiev, but never DEA, they do not have time to be wasting on some Random Guy on train.

The border guard never asked you questions like those. The most common questions are do you have anything to declare, where do you live, how long were you in Mexico, what were you doing in Mexico, where in the USA are you headed. Other questions may be asked like where do you work, is this your vehicle, how long have you owned your vehicle. They don't ask for you life story or how you ended up in CA or how you got the money to get here. And you think DEA agents are afraid of anyone's personally attorney?
