Did a grand tour of Petchaburi Road on Sunday about 5pm heading East from Ramkhamhaeng station on the airport line. Seeking bargains, or just curious I don't know. I did all this on a long walk. Every place but one has obvious signs. It's about 2 kilos from Nancy's to PetchSiam. At any time you can get a motorcycle back to Petchaburi MRT station easily.1. Nancy's, about which Oilmassagefan and I posted last week (1400 fish. 1700 sideliners) , which had about 20 girls, two of whom were cute. Probably the best of the lot.2. There is a time for everything, and I have to say, without a doubt, this was the worst 40 mins I've ever paid for (I couldn't stay any longer). Words can't describe how dismal. But I guess it could happen anywhere. What's more offensive is that the prices I was quoted bear no resemblance to the relative prices of better services in the area.3. Huge place with another theatre surrounding the fishbowl. All a bit sad with only 4 girls in it. (I didn't ask).8. Something in illegible Thai cursive. On the right further East. Number 2245, opposite Suzuki. No English here at all. 5 fish, older. (1300) 9. Christina. Small and new, on the right. 4 fish. Nothing appealing.10. PetchSiam. Completely renovated. You can still smell the paint. About 12 fish (1300 and up) , but no-one stood out.Sunday was a dumb time. I guess that on Friday afternoon the street will be teeming.
