I was with ISG member Panman at the Hard Rock cafe, where the PN chica came to meet me. From there we went to Coppa disco, where at around 3AM, I lost track of Panman and his GF.

Colonel Sosa is the commander of the Politur in Zona Colonial, their headquarters is in old fort, on I believe Calle de Las Damas (supposedly first paved street in the New World, from around 1502).

You can ask the Politur chica if she wants a coffee or a fresh fruit juice. La Cefetera coffee shop (they sell fresh fruit juices too) is a few blocks from the politur office on El Conde. There is also a chicken / Italian food restaurant that gets good reviews on El Conde.

Plaza Espana is nice in the early evening, supposedly a free wifi zone.

Hard Rock Cafe has some cute waitresses. Some companies will do promotions at various bars in Santo Domingo, including at the Hard Rock, some of the promotion chicas are smoking hot.

If you are in Santo Domingo till the end of June, you are invited to the party that I will have in an apartment on the Malecon.

I am really pleased to see some you dating law enforcement. It's likely to be win win. In the interest of both parties enjoying themselves, I recommend you take the Politur lady away from the area where she is posted. She will be more comfortable. And it will increase your chances for getting to third base and beyond. If she doesn't have to worry about running into colleagues, local merchants, or possibly her superior officers while on a date with a foreigner.

Some better alternatives that aren't too far off the beaten track:

- Vesuvios on the Malecon (go to the pizza cafe west of the main restaurant to save 40% to 50% of the cost of the main restaurant.

- Napolitano's balcony with a view of the sea (noisy bands, but Dominicans love noise)

- German beer garden just west of the Napolitano in between Pizzarelli & Pala Pizza (closer to Pala Pizza)

- Hotel Frances near the corner of Hostos and Mercedes (in the Colonial Zone but off limits to Politur & very discrete)

- Cappucino (Italian restaurant across Maximo Gomez from the National Theatre, north of the Texaco station)

We happen to take catch the bus at the same parada. I do not want her colleagues to see me talking to other girls while she's working, even if only to ask directions, in the area. I don't want to hurt her status, as she works with these people.

The closest beach to Santo Domingo City is in the town of Boca Chica, which is about 35 minutes from the city. Many European guys enjoy Boca Chica. From what I have read, there are a good number of Haitian pros in Boca Chica. Many European guys prefer women with a darker skin color.

Sosua on the North Coast of DR is also preferred by some guys from Europe. Sosua has a good number of Haitian pros and Dominican pros. There are numerous businesses in Sosua and Boca Chica that are owned by people from Europe, including hotels, restaurants, dive shops and cigar stores. Sosua and Boca Chica are beach towns that have some hotels with swimming pools. Boca Chica is about a 4 hour car ride from Sosua.

For Boca Chica, the closest airport would be Las Americas International Airport, (SDQ airport code) , Boca Chica is about 10-15 minutes from this airport. For Sosua, the closest International Airport would be Gregorio Luperóand International Airport (POP airport code) , Sosua is about 10 minutes from this airport.

If you want the beach close-by and if you prefer darker skin women, I would suggest you try Sosua or Boca Chica.

If you want to meet mostly Dominican women and if you want nicer bars or discos and if you can live without the beach, then maybe go to Santo Domingo. There are several guest friendly hotels in Santo Domingo that have pools.

You should follow their lead. There are hotels in La Isabelita (the neighborhood nearest La Base and the strip club that burned down a few years back).

You will find a great selection of high quality at lower prices than other specialty retailers. You can also get snacks and hit GBP on the way home. Have fun.

Dreams House is off of Avenida Churchill, a block or two north of Avenue 27 de Febrero. I have never been to Dreams House. Plaza Acropolis is on Avenida Churchill about 8 blocks north of Avenue 27 de Febrero, plaza acropolis has a mall, hooters restaurant and docks bar.

Being on Avenida Churchill you will be somewhat closer to certain venues. Pink Pony, Club MC and the Penthouse. The more well known venues will be further east of Avenida Churchill, zona colonial also is further east.
