Those are chicas I met on my own, starting with my Numero Uno Catgirl, then personal referrals or "friends of friends". Not one poster has identified the true core issue about my original post on buying iPhones. I'm driving down to Florida this afternoon (been home a week, already bored, jajajaja) and I will post about it later tonight or tomorrow. A few of you might find it interesting.

I definitely agree there are people who should never partake in recreational drugs. I have a friend, he gets violent when he drinks, therefore he doesn't drink.
A lot of people fear what they might do or become in an altered state. I call it a "reality bias". A large segment of that comes under the category of "weak minds". Then there is another large category of folks who either recovered from bad experiences or had a close family member with bad experiences in recreational drugs. I empathize with those people. If you have been paying attention, you would know that I started doing recreational drugs when I was 13 yo with the horrible "gateway" drug known as pot, Mr. Bill, Ohhhh Noooooo.
Never had a DUI. Never missed a day of work, never had a run in with law enforcement over drugs. Statistically, a good chance that I am much healthier than you.
If it all blows up on me tomorrow, and I have some sort of adverse consequence due to recreational drugs, I still won't have any regrets. Oh, also BTW if you've been paying attention, I don't do drugs in the US of A.

You are semi-correct about one thing. I tend to be a little more generous under the effects, but it's not enough to cause me to do something I otherwise would not do. The proof in that is I always make the actual purchase decision in an unaltered state, just to be sure.

I have heard this so many times in Medellin and San José. They all have have kids or mothers who are sick or just had electric or water cut off for non payment and they all have had their phones stolen. I just don't believe it. I think many of them may sell them for money or had an old cheap phone and want someone to buy them a new expensive one. Or they are just so fkn tonta and careless because they didn't spend their own money to buy it. You would think that they know a new iPhone or equivalent is a target so you would think they would hide it rather than show it off. That's one thing everyone here knows and says as advice. Carry a cheap phone or don't show what you have. Don't give the papaya. Another one is a cam girl who will tell you she got robbed on payday. All ploys to get free money or gifts in my whatever it's worth opinióand. I have given an old iPhone that I bought for a $100 for traveling away and it was well worth it. Once again, I just can't believe they all get their phones stolen and have so much sickness in their family.

Many may not relate but I can. I am just like that. I give girls iPhones. I call them my steadies. I see them on every trip for a year at least and some for 3 years and going. After 2 years they just bring friends and come. I just pay taxi money. It is a long game for me which is not so For many guys so it may not make sense for them to start doling out iPhones. I chose who I give to. She has to be pretty, no drama, never cancel on me, be smart. For example I organize parties and one of my steadies takes care of the entire logistics. She sends me photos and I approve some of her friends and invite few more of my own. She then organizes invites, RSVP, Rappi, taxi payments, late night pizza, party supplies and most importantly she keeps an eye on things, and make sure place is clean etc. They stay overnight for the price of ST. There is a real friendship element there and not just about the phone. Phone happens because of friendship and not the other way. So all outlier spending should have some context. I typically buy one or two models down from the latest and they are very happy with that. I bought nearly 20 phones in 5 years.
Someone said it is all about camera. Not quite in my experience. I had a girl give me back Samsung Ultra 20 for iPhone 10 XS at the time when you 20 and iPhone 12 were top models. They want to see apple logo followed by number of camera lenses in the selfie mirror. I still ask if they want best camera or iPhone and they choose iPhone two models down. (One of the best value phones for camera is Xiaomi and no one in CO wants it at half price of equivalent iPhone with much better camera).

That's very unusual in this game though, graduating from paid to "free," or all the sex plus their friends that you want for an Iphone. I'm confident this is very rare though, regardless of any anecdotes we may read here. Gifts are just that in the mind of a Latin hooker. You get a "mucho gracias" most likely then are charged the same for any sex going forward while they will become much less shy about asking for more gifts, material or monetary.
There's also the issue of them dropping off the radar as many lose their phones and pick up new numbers or abandon their FB accounts in lieu of new ones. Would suck to give away a $600 new IPhone then find yourself unable to reach them. Plus how long do you think that phone is going to last? If it's not stolen (big if) then in most cases it won't last beyond the next crisis at which time it's sold or pawned. Most have a crisis a month if not more.
Lastly, though there are always rare exceptions to all rules, the typical guy who thinks these girls are his friends is abundantly deluded. "This one is different," no, she almost surely is not. And yes, guys like myself who don't roll that way have a lot of fun like many others but avoid some avoidable headaches. Girls may like some guys who give them whatever they want, but they don't respect them. And even any personally liking will go down the shitter the moment the goodies stop flowing. So that's the other side of the argument, that has a place in an open forum as well.

I don't care to count what number these day are. I disappeared for a while. But I'm still alive and back in pussy prison in Sweden. Good luck for me the more allowing city of Copenhagen is only a 30 min train ride away. In Copenhagen you can monger legally but at a high cost compared to Colombia.
Thursday I threw a party with my monger neighbor. He's a sugar daddy type of mongerer. I invited some chickas from my FB list. The party was not a success. He was in to deceiving the girls to let them think they could get a model contract if he took their pics. We partied for a while and then the chickas split without any bed performance being done. I was a bit unsure about the party plan beforehand and should have stuck with my gut feeling. Afterwards there was some upset texts from the chickas about being fooled. The neighbor blocked them and I was target of the blame.
My favorite chicka messaged Thursday afternoon saying she wanted to come but the invites for the party were already sent out. I think she got a bit jealous but accepted the fact. If she had reached out just a couple of hours earlier I would have saved myself a boring party and maybe had a marvelous evening at a lower cost.
Friday I was sleeping in after the party. Tried to fix 2 different FB chickas for a day job. One was working and the other one had gone to centro to buy clothes for her baby. I didn't have the energy to go find me a centro girl. I already had a date with my favorite set for the evening and hopefully the night.
When she turned up we went out for dinner and ended up at a sea food restaurant in Poblado. We had some local dish of grilled fish. So so, a bit salty and a lot of bones. Then back to my aparment to relax. She had actually packed clothes for next day and fixed someone to care for her dog (at my cost). We hadn't met in person for a week and it was a dear reunion. She's fun, patient with my bad Spanish and translator, kind and caring. Not the top looker but her personality well compensate for that. A really nice all night date ended in the morning with her rushing of to university classes.
Met with her midday and she took me on a tour to Pueblito Paisa (not worth the trip up the hill to me, far too little to see) and Parque Arvi. We did not have time to watch the park since I was due at the airport at 8 pm and had to go back to the apartment to pick up my bags. But the ride with the teleferico was amazing. We shared the wagon with some Colombians. This guy David struck up a convo on his struggling English. They were really nice and David, who was on a visit from Bogota, corked up a bottle of rum in the wagon, of wich we shared some shots. Typical Colombian hospitality.

El Centro is pretty safe in the day in the areas around the casas. You can go to the strip clubs in El Centro at night but taxi in and out.
