I typically tell new ones that I always pay afterwards before taking them upstairs.

Another option if they ask for the money upfront, not that all of $ 10 USD is going to break you, is tell them you will pay 1/2 upfront and the other half afterwards.

There is a small actual park, with trees and paths, and it is about 1/2 a square block. Pretty small really. Then there is the area around it with bars, restaurants, nightclubs, etc. The small actual park has almost nothing to do with the other activities in the area, which is also referred to as Parque Lleras, about 8 or 10 square blocks equivalent. As far as I know nothing is going on that affects the nightclubs, bars, restaurants, etc. Other than post covid shut downs of some places that have gone out of business, etc. So the reconstruction is not really relevant to what we talk about here. The actual physical park was never much of a part of anything, other than a bit of green space in an entertainment area.

If there's one thing true about casas that has been said over and over is that virtually anything can be found or had for a price. If you are willing to plunk down the pesos, you will get anything you want, assuming the legality of your kink. A good place to start is the madam. The area around it hasn't fully recovered not even close to pre-pandemic times and I'm not sure it will ever be like before compared to the Provenza area.

What I do think will happen though is that Parque Lleras will become a much larger mongering venue when the Park construction is complete. The Park used to be a magnet for the business's around it, but with it being under construction, many places around it have been shuttered since the onset of the Pandemic.

However, more and more Centro girls are working the streets around the area now it seems, at least what I have seen, meaning seeing daytime Centro girls working nights in Lleras which has been reported here.

Many years ago Minorista was a fun mongering venue, but nothing like before, not even close. And Centro since the Pandemic has gone in the opposite direction getting better and better to a certain degree.

Thanks for the feedback. That was pretty much what I was looking, even at the knowing that someone would say "the park is overrated".

To that point, I think we can all agree on this old adage: there is no wrong way to monger. Of the dozen or so options, the park is just another one of them.
