Have RTFF and just wanted to ask a question. I will be in Columbia for two weeks and will be in Cartegna and Santa Marta and Bogota. Apart from the girls is Medellin worth visiting in and of itself?

Even from a girls perspectiv is it that much better than other places in Colombia that I should definitely include it in my trip? It would be a bg diversion for me to get there and just wondering if it is worth it or not.

BB[/QUOTE]NO. just one opinion. unless you like to go everywhere and check every box, this is a city you can skip. can say the same for some other big cities in Colombia. if you have time and want girls (and lots of hookers) or, if you are strictly a low-budget type guy, Medellin should be on your itinerary. otherwise, not much redeeming qualities. (have been four times, and that's plenty enough for me). of course, there are those who swear by Medellin and maybe you'll find out why from them.

To put this in perspective, my last report was Tampa, FL night out $500US!

The contrast is enormous and I got the same thing and a little extra. I started around 7PM with a couple of beers at a bar in El Centro near Hotel Eros and Bar El Faro. Spent, $3k colombian pesos, roughly $1. 50US and feasted my eyes on a few cuties. Then walked passed "Conejitas" to Bar Las Americas. Had a rum, 5kcop and watched a few strippers, it was ok, but I've never been impressed much by this bar. Walked over a few steps to Bar Maracaibo, totally different scene. Many more "cuties" and some hot dancers. No harrassment by bar tenders, easy going. Had a beer and a rum, down another 10kcop, Tipped both door men and 3 strippers, down another 5kcop. It was around 9:45PM and decided I would hit down to La Mayorista before they closed the Metro at 10: 45PM.

I had not hung out in La Mayorista for almost 6 months. But what a nice suprise, it was packed on a Tuesday night. I realized soon after, when they started all the fireworks at midnight, that it was Dec. 1st when all the Christmas celebrations start. There must have been at least 20 doable cuties, dressed really nice and even some silicon valley boobs starting to pop up. I went into "El Encuentro", my regular hang out and where they now have an English menu which I personally translated, and surely enough my girl friends from all my time hanging out in La Mayorista started popping up and saying Hi! This used to annoy me as they would always be hitting me for money, but I decided, I have it, it's really not a lot, so why not help them out a little bit. In the end they do sit and party with me. I gave a few girls a tip, and even the shoe shine guy. Shared my food, "salchipapas", a few bites to a girl and the shoe shine guy happily ate my leftovers, mumbling something about how much food was wasted. I make it a point now, even when I was in Bogota to save and give my left overs to a homeless person, they really appreciate it. Tips, food and a few drinks for a couple of "cuties" had me down another 20kcop.

From there I ran into Diana, one of VicPics cuties. She had a friend with her, another Diana, newbie as I happily found out. They hit me for a couple of drinks and then asked me to by a quart of rum to take up and drink at My Place. I also purchased some ciggarrets, down another 15kcop. They came up to My Place, and Diana dragged one of my guests to come party. He was packing to leave today. The other 2 guys were nowhere to be found. We partied and joked, looked at pictures from previous parties at My Place which my guest J had downloaded to a webpage, and listen to some "reggeton". I got frisky after a while and started playing with the girls, then we started dancing and, well, you know what hat leads to!

We had given each of the girls 10kcop each just for being nice and hanging out, my part 10kcop. So when we were dancing I started feeling my girl and raising her dress, sticking my hands in her thongs. I finally couldn't hold back any longer and offered her another 20kcop if she let me phuck her in the sofa, as there were no rooms available. She was hesitant at first and shy, but agreed. I started stripping her down and she started doing the same to me at which point my guest J got all flustered and Diana pulled him into his room. I took my "cutie", opened her legs wide and started drilling her. I had convinced her earlier to do BBBJ as my guests would probably not be happy otherwise. I ussually try to teach them that off hand. She was so sweet, I could tell she was a newbie as she was enjoying it a lot, must have come 2-3 times that I could tell, while whispering that she loved sex. She lightly bit and sucked my nipples, and when I asked her if I could come, after about 25 minutes, she seemed like she wanted more, so I held back another 10-15 minutes and then just exploded, woooow, it was a good night!

So for roughly $50US I had a hell of a night, saved $450US from my last night in Tampa, FL and enjoyed the same things and some extras. Wow, only in Medellin Paradise can this feat be accomplished!

Golfinho, I really don't doubt that you have a very good point, I think most of us are simply trying to escape the hellhole (or sex prison) that we are fated to live in, and Medellín does offer an escape from that. But if price were less of an object, what places would you (and Ricker) choose? Buenos Aires, Río, Sao Paolo? Any other places in the western hemisphere?

Yeah I would love to go there but definitely need to prioritise...this trip is about seeing the country and culture, not just the w#oring...although i will do plenty of that in Santa Marta and Cartegena.

Heading to Argentina after Columbia and that WILL be a w#oring tip!

Actually Bogota has more mongering than Cartagena, Medellin, and S. Marta combined.

I wouldn't run to Medellin and go out of my way just to see the city.
Enjoy the Paisas (Medellin girls) in the cities you'll be visiting, and make the next trip to Medellin maybe.

as we all know, there's a full range of pfp and nice non-pros to meet too.

as golfinho says, however, it's not like medellin is a thriving, high energy city with unlimited sites and venues.

for me though, it is a nice little city full of beautiful and friendly chicas.

i enjoy it every time.

my favorite country with my favorite girls on the planet is brazil.

i love the beauty of the colombiana, but the pizzazz and energy of the brasileira just wins me over.

brazil is definitely more expensive than colombia, especially for pfp, and more especially if you hit the touristy places.

i love sao paulo, brazil, however, it wasn't until i learned and became proficient in portuguese did i really start to fully enjoy the city.

very little tourist / gringo presence in sp and i've explored and found some great places to hang and hunt for both pro and non-pro.

for the novice. sp can be very expensive, especially compared to colombia.

rio is obviously a great place to visit, lots of fun to be had there and you don't have to break the bank either.

see a poster's guide there. bubba's rio guide. and also a poster named sperto, in the rio section and you'll see.

buenos aires, arg is also a fun place to visit. lots of venues for pfp and from low end to high end fun.

i beleive the most beautiful woman i've ever made love to was in ba, a german / arg mix beauty at a high end massage place.

the city is a great place to explore, very european and great restarantes and shows, etc to visit.

that said, the culture of argentina, at least in ba is not as affectionate and warm as either colombia or brazil.

i find the non-pro scene much more difficult and really don't even look for it much anymore.

to be honest, i do enjoy ba but the sweetest girls i meet there are from other surrounding countries, paraguay, brazil and even from the dom rep.

To with: Medellin is a place with many sites and venues for thriving, high energy unlimited low-budget sex, with poor girls, or more accurately, mothers. But, little in the way of high energy venues for some nicer activities, new trends, upscale progressive or however you call it: culture maybe is what the place lacks. IT was a provincial city from its founding during Spain's empire. And still is. The f*cking Cathedral is in an architectural style (if anybody's noticed it) I'd call "19th Century Brick Piece of Shit. " And Medellin is not a nice, little city: it's a big, nasty place where many lives are meanly lived. Though it has got many beautiful and friendly chicas you can take advantage of so long as you've got the hard currency: and that's its only redeeming charm. In fairness, most of the world IS like Medellin, and many places don't have weather that's half as nice. But to keep going back is only due to lack of imagination or insufficent finances. And, don't mean to offend anyone who's fallen in love with the place.
