I see RP as the "York" of Kiev for those of you who have traveled through Dubai. 1. Accommodation: Think apartments, thanks to Hunter Dave for the recommendation of [url]www.Kievapts. Com[/url]. I had rented vacation homes before versus hotels but more when traveling with groups. A little more research and it did become apparent the void these establishments fill between the luxury hotels (The Premier Palace, the Hyatt Regency Kiev, The Opera Hotel, Intercontinental, etc) and more affordable places that seem to be more popular with the mongers here such as the Hotel Rus, President Hotel and maybe the Kreschatik Hotel though they are not recommended very high on trip advisor. Haha. I have found a couple of nice apartments right off Kreshchatik Street that have everything that I was looking for. Most come with wifi, clean, great locations, door code entry or 24 hour doorman. Jacuzzi, washing machine, cable TV, kitchen, AC, etc.
Some hotels seem to be more GF than others but best case seems to be maybe to no. The theme from reports seem most involve a bribe to security to bring the girls up. The old schoolers can clarify but everyone seems to sway towards the apartments. You will see most are listed by their distance from Khreshchatyk street. Resturants, bars, shopping, etc in the area. The guidance I received is if you are there it is there. Doesn't seem to be much around RP in genera, cab fares from Khreshchatyk street to RP around $4-5 dollars and closer to $10-15 back for the cabs waiting outside RP.

Initial asking range for RP is in the $300+ range but a more realistic figure with negotiation is around the $200 mark but not always, some girls will not budge. And the cue to move on should come into your mind unless this is your absolute "model de jour" for the evening. Possible lower prices to be had. This likely depends on you, your experience, the situation or for lower tier ladies.
Virtual meat market (in a good way of course), pros are/can be aggressive (still I imagine quite amusing for the uninitiated) and the go to place for p4p in Kiev. Higher cost almost certain, selection of girls vary but it seems that from all the opinions listed here it always has a couple stunners that might be worth what you want/will pay.
