Bolt cars always say they are coming but never do in Bangkok. Just use Grab.

Outside of Bangkok Bolt is the one I usually use and offers better rates.

I thought La Belle was good and close to Soi 11. Black Label was a really, really nice upscale club but Bangkok traffic didn't make it worth it and the girls were good but just as good as La Belle.

By contrast my one desperate Kasalong experience the lady was old not attractive and the facilities downright scary.

Only been to 7th Heaven a couple of times, and the girls are a lot better looking even if it is 50% more expensive (and the 2 girl service leaves a lot to be desired).
