There are many ways you can see either putting in the bare minimum effort not to get fired / divorced but absolutely zero extra yards or discretionary effort. Much better, in my eyes, to make a good selection in the first place then live happily ever after.

If all one wants, and is happy with is, a hole to fill every night, that's easy to find. However, many guys seek a relationship with a lot more. Sure it's much harder to find, but the rewards are also there. Before anyone says the obvious, yes this does not have to come with a gold ring.
