Well that didn't take long now did it? :)
Once the "Captain Save'a Hoe" accusations begin to fly then it will be time to move on to another topic because it's probably just going to get worse before it gets better...
Have moved on.
True, but what I've tended to notice is that there is usually the likelihood of them being disrespectful when they're in large groups, as opposed to being alone or with just another monger. I have a hell of alot more respect for the guy who is solo and will run his mouth to a group rather than the idiot who is in a group and has you outnumbered 10-1 and his mouth then becomes bigger than his balls.
Yeah, it's the same shit we deal with from time to time back home. I'm a pretty big guy and I usually step out with three to four other big guys just for the simple fact that there is a chance you will run into a large group that will always have that one punk shit-talker with them.
I agree with everything you have said. To me it doesn't matter if you are with a working girl or not. Guys will be quick to point out that this is all just a "fantasy", but that is still no excuse to be disrespectful to others while they are playing out their fantasy.
I agree 200%. There are too many chicas in sosua for any guy to disrespect any chica. Puta or not. Especially if she is with another man/men. You do not know who she may be or not be and its none of anyone's business in my opinion. Nothing wrong with looking but when it gets disrespectful then thats where the line is drawn.

Never got a chance to get into that pool. And that's a Haitiana. Tells you to meet her down stairs...so you can pay for her motochoncho. Likes to order the fish...

Around RD350/750-ml.
I just bought a bottle of barcelo gran platinum at the airport duty free yesterday, 700ml for $18 US. It is a clear rum. They make the mojitos with the clear rum. I had excellent mojitos in plaza espana (sdq) last week, 2 for 1 special, they were good.

Another travel board and his buddies very [mouthy] behind their computer in their mom's basement but very quiet when they are by themselves.

CJ and SavePros, thanks to you both. You have helped to redeem my belief that there is some level of respect amongst mongers. The lack of respect coupled with the increased hardness of the real putas in Sosua is a large part of the reason I'd chosen to stop going to Sosua a few years ago. In fact, the only reason I was even at the beach was because I had a friend down from the states and he had wanted to go along with his girl, her daughter, and a few other local friends of ours. From what I understood during the drive over, it was my only my chicas second time there and, hell, she lives in Puerto Plata, but has lived a very sheltered life. How do I know? Not because she has told me but because the Dominican guy who was with us is her step-father whom I have known since I started coming to PP and he told me about her background, which is actually how I became interested in her, apart from her attractiveness.
I guess I should also point out the fact that, although there must have been about 14-15 guys sitting there, this was the only guy who thought it necessary to react the way he did.
Anyways, kudos to you both.

Never got a chance to get in the pool? I wonder why? I bet you spent all your time swimming in the "pool" belonging to that big ass chica. LOL

I like you all you guys going after these big assed chicas !!!
You guys make the slim hipped girls less desired which causes prices to come down on my girls....Greedy bastard that I am. :-)
Too bad this form does not allow the use of a voting survey. I would like to know what % of you guys prefer the big ass. Anybody know how to get a survey done?
When will you be there and where do you plan on diving? I may join you if I'm there.
I'm staying at the New Garden 6/13 - 6/20 and plan on diving each day. Most of the diving is in Sosua Bay and is fair at best but the ladies are fine. This is my second trip. Would not mind having a dive buddy/wingman.
That could worry me; I want to do some scuba diving day-trips while I'm at Blackbeard's next month, and I would WAY rather bring my own gear than use rental stuff that isn't "according to Hoyle" (or to Hogarth, in this case). Although my U/W camera case is small enough for my carry-on luggage.
I'll be at the New Garden from 6/13 - 6/20 and I plan on diving each day. This is my second trip to the DR. Last year I check all my gear (reg w/computer, bc, fins, mask, boots, wetsuit, knife, light) and had no problems. I plan on doing the same this year but I don't have a u/w camera. Having your own gear is a good idea. The available rental stuff is old and low end. Most of the diving is in Sosua Bay so you will be making the trip down and back each day.
When you say you rented the truck from Juniors friend… were there any professional contracts signed or was it a gentlemens spoken agreement kind of rental?
In a third world country anything can happen if it was a gentlemens agreement. This would go to trial as every party would lie to reduce their own risk and lay it on the gringo. You would stay in the slammer along with Sade until the tribunal at least.
If a professional contract was involved, Sade would have had to be identified in the contract or they would throw the book at you. In either case you would responsible for all damages even if Sade was at fault. In Sade's case they cant squeeze blood from a turnip so they would go after the gringo for everything. They might hang a long term meager payment plan on Sade as well.
The difference between Sade and Junior is… Junior has his own agreement with Cesa and is renting the car from him as a part of conducting his own tourist guide business. On the other hand, Sade is borrowing the car from YOU during the time of your said rental agreement. So IMHO, you are not liable for Junior but you are for Sade.
I agree with this in general, but in my opinion, the door is not closed on the “system” hanging a long term payment plan on the Sade the driver if the situation is ugly enough.
If somebody wants to argue that you could be liable having Junior drive you around, that would also imply you could be just as liable hopping into any Taxi… or even for the damages a Motoconcho does driving you around, and that would be just too crazy for me to believe.
Summary: Your off the hook with Junior but definitely not with Sade.
Ehunter
There wasn’t a professional contract with Junior friend Cesa. Junior was around a couple of times when Sade drove the car. Hell she drove all of us to the airport with Junior in the car when it was time leave the country.
At the end of the day I just wanted to make sure that since I wasn’t driving and it’s not my car that I won’t go to jail and be blame of an accident I did not cause.
Thanks for the response and everyone else for responding to my question.
