Medellin Reports

Stayed at an Airbnb near Parque Poblado. Private entrance so I was able to have girls all day and as many as I wanted. Used milleroticos, photosprepagados, skokka, and a website called paisson during the day. 150 k to 300 k for outcall including taxi and BBBJ for 1 hour. There were also a handful of girls at Supa Shooters and some other small bars along Calle 10. The hottest girls rotated between Gustos, Lleras Park Bar, and the bar above Lleras Park Bar. I've had security in other counites before (Mexico comes to mind and Las Vegas once), but it's not the same quality in Colombia and again, will make you more of a target. If you really, really to want it you'll want to look online for Bogota as that's where the quality security detail is based out of and they would likely need to travel from there, plus bring their transportation.

To point out the other poster's comment about potentially being a target, yes that could be true but it's also true that you don't have to worry about any of the logistical nightmares, taking the wrong turn, rides in general, vetting with a legitimate service. Also, there are different levels to security. A driver / guide recommendation would be okay as well, but I understand what you're saying.

Once before you yapped about all your taxi rip-off problems but you had those experiences in Cartagena. Cartagena is a tourist laden city so yeah, I suspect cabbies see a gringo with a big head and they try to take advantage. Others have reported that cabbies in Medellin hang around the Parque Lleras area and try to catch a gringo waddling out of a bar drunk late at night. OK I can see how that could happen but I don't really hang there and I've taken cabs everywhere without the hint of a problem.

So, you should qualify your bad taxi experiences were all in Cartagena with your "girl" and not in Medellin and stop scaring people for no reason. Of course, you could have used In-Driver or Di-Di and solved those problems easily but then what would you have to complain about then??
