It has no advantages over getting another normal sim and you end up paying the annual fees for it. Doosra is tied to an existing number and has kyc. So it serves no purpose in terms of pure anonymity if that's what you want. Any LE can track you if they want just like a normal sim. Also it doesn't allow incoming calls if I am right.
