My point is based on the context. Not knowing the OP's taste, just based on that he expects 8-10, instagram type. IMO, it is unrealistic to do what the OP wants to do in 2. 5 days in Medellin for a new monger in those clubs which also start late, unlike Scandallo that starts around noon. I also actually did not say do it in 2. 5 days because the other number he mentioned is 5-7 days. So instead of giving negative feedback, I went with it so he could think about it if he decided to do a short trip.

I don't know where the OP lives. Just to argue about it, he could take a direct red-eyes out of Houston and arrive in SP in the morning but this is not really the point.

Yes definitely shooting for the moon by only looking for the "high end" club girls. I travel for work, so I fly out of ATL / MIA, no directs just transfers to Bogota or Panama. I've scrapped the weekend idea, and will go with 5-7 so I'm looking for a close, 1st SA trip. SP is a must one day, but I'm working on my Spanish & know I have to do MDE at least once. Researching the Bogota sub if it's worth going there (if they have easy high end club girls) since I can get a shorter direct flight.

Likely reaching out to a sub tour guide when there.

No international transaction fees, no ATM fees (international or out of network), no minimum balance required, no monthly fees at all, and $1000 usd per day limit on ATM withdrawals. When used at BBVA, Caja Social, or Davivienda there's absolutely no fees whatsoever.

However Santa Fe, in my opinion, isn't as good as it used to be. The best girls have come to medellin to work. Also medellin is much more navigable with its state of the art metro & metro cable system. Medellin has alot more to offer in the form of extracurricular activities too such as swimming pools, etc. If you're in Bogota you have to go to Melgar for good swimming pools.

And I know no one here agrees with me but I do like Cucuta as a third option although the weather there is hot and humid, but they have a thriving scene on la septima and lower prices and lots of vennies.

What got me in CTG was Wells Fargo hitting me for $5 for every transaction and the largest one I could find was only 300 m. What ATM's in Medellin will give me the largest withdrawal per transaction. I believe I read that Davienda is 900 m? And no I'm not going to change banks for this.

My personal second choice / option after Medellin would of been Santa Marta, and it is way different than Cucuta being a beach town.

Davivienda gives up to 2 million pesos per transaction. The bank does not assess ATM fees. Depending on your deal with the bank that issues your ATM card, you may be charged transaction fees and your per transaction and daily withdrawal limit may be lower than what Davivienda offers.

Convertion rate was in line to the other banks.

And Wells Fargo is one of the worst banks, they charge $5 usd fee on every foreign ATM transaction. Also I believe a 3% fee when you use your card for purchases too. As far as Davivienda they allow up to $2 million COP per withdrawal.
