We had a small bachelors in one Villa in the remotes of Thane just before Covid. Can't quite recollect the name but it was somewhere in Owale area.

We were like 10 guys and we had got 4 WG's at night. There was security at the main gate but since we got the girls in private cars they didn't bother checking much.

Just ensure that you guys don't make too much noise while partying as that will attract unwanted attention from near by villas (in case they are occupied).

HI Its fully safe as long as you report the no of people staying and provide ID's if requested for. Villas are all the time booked for this purpose. The owner will have a problem only f you have a rave party or neighbours complain about noise.
