Am thinking of taking a trip over to Thailand this year, can anyone explain to me how ST and LT works? Is there like an industry standard of ST for an hour and LT for all night or it is down to each girl herself? What is the STI rate there like also?

For a NOOB I will tell you ST is exactly what it is short time. Depending on the girl it is till you are done ejaculating. It maybe 5 min to half hour. If you take long time to cum many girls get upset unless they are horny. Horny girls will stay longer if they like you.
LT can mean anywhere etween ST and till next afternoon till she goes ack to work. For some girls LT means ST. They will find a way to vanish after ST giving one reason or another. Depending on the chemistry and naivete of the girl she may leave in the morning after another pop or stay with you till evening.
As for the prices RTFF. In spite of what is written like any other business transaction it is agreed price between you and the girl.

This is Thailand you are talking about! THERE ARE NO STANDARDS (FOR ANYTHING!)
What a WG may (seem to) agree to at the negotiation stage and what happens in reality may be completely different.
I have been with 500 Baht girls who have been happy to stay with me for several hours, or even over night. I have also had the occasional bad experience of a girl (after agreeing to a price for long time) wanting to leave after an hour or so.
However YMMV with the same girl, on the same day, at the same price!!!!!!
Don’t try to figure out Thai logic (There is none!) Just RTFF, buy your ticket and ENJOY!

You either get some infection or, if you are careful, you don’t!
My advice is to take the risks that you are happy with and protect against the others.

Thanks for the tips Hotman and Sammon, I am new to Thailand so thanks for the advice. My plan when and if I do get over there is to meet up with a nice girl and just have a GFE if possible, buy the girl trinkets, go to dinner, have her show me around, catch a film and I not that bothered about sex tbh. Pattaya wins hands down on the on the pussy front: availability, price, quality, selection... Pattaya also has a much larger variety of hotels and guest houses.
If you have a need for other kind natural beauty, Phuket beats Pattaya not just hands down, but by miles and miles - beaches, boat trips and much nicer surroundings in general.
On average I would say that anything you can find in Pattaya is 30-50% more expensive in Phuket (if available...).

If this is REALLY what you are looking for then my advice is to start checking some of the dating sites several weeks, or months before you go. You can then narrow it down to “a few” potentials and arrange to meet them when you arrive.
Probably (for your requirements) and, as a NEWBEE, this would be much better than the “hit or miss” of just expecting to find a GFE when you get to Thailand.
I am not the best person to advise you which are the best dating sites but I am sure that if you RTFF and then perhaps post questions re Dating Sites then you will get some response.
