Ipanema Carioca, I think your photos are for Centro de Lazer 132 on Rua de Conceicao in Centro. Centro de Lazer 13 is in Praca Olavo Bilac, the flower sellers square, which is off Rua do Rosario. I was also initially confused when I was first given the directions and then went to Goggle Maps to try to find the location. I suspect the reason that you can't see the street on Goggle Maps, is due to the fact it is a "pedestrian street". So I am guessing the vehicle taking the pics for Goggle Maps could not travel into this area to take the street photos.

Just enter in the flower street between BA85 and ex-BA113.

If I don't find anything interesting at BA85 today I'll try these casas.

Once I figure out how to ride the bus there from Praca Tiradentes, B&W is at top on my list due a first rate experience I had last June at Club Florida with an off-duty B&W girl.
