The three areas mentioned are still around, although not to the same obvious degree.

1. Huaxi Street area. If you read the recent posts, you will see additional clues to find action in this area.

2. Old President Hotel area. Still opportunities here if you are just alert to them. There are even Catholic Churches in this area where Sunday Mass is held. Need I really say more?

3. Beitou area. Always available attractive young women in this area. You just have to have a bit more game.

Was in Taipei most recently a couple of months ago on a brief visit, and saw plenty of potential opportunities while there. You just need to be attuned to the vibe.

I was approached by one of the several middle age women around the entrance. She followed me and offered to take me to girls.

I pick a young one that has been here for 10 days from Fujian. It was NT $ 2000 FS and NT $500 for the room.
