If the border conflict and some other issues get resolved before I hit the great GoGo in the sky, I hope to be able to at least visit my friends in Cambodia and Thailand next season, which in Bangkok these days is November and December thanks to the air.
In the interim, you will see some reports from me in Baku, Batumi, Tblisi, Frankfurt or Athens. I haven't decided where I am baseing myself yet, it just needs to be closer air time to the USA. The pickings are slim in Baku (which is where I am right now) so it looks like FKKs are going to be my sex life, I just need to add $300 to the price of admission for round trip air fare. .

Have you considered an Eastern Europe location that is cheap to live in as a future base? Someplace a bit off the tourist radar like Romania, Bulgaria, or Slovenia?

Greece would be far better but its a British tourist colony like Spain. Georgia is off the radar too and has great Visa rules for Americans. One year, no paperwork, no fee.
The key for me at this point in my life is a nice relaxing place with a decent weather, decent nightlife, and easy access to the USA. Batumi is 2 hours from Tel Aviv, then 12 hours to NY, direct flights. 15 hours total in the air vs 22-24 hours. Easy access to Europe too. Its got casinos, appears to be good value. Plus weed is semi legal.

You keep promoting your Soi Chaiyapoon bars but the problem is there is almost zero fuckable girls there (not to mention that they are also very interrested in making the customers drink and pay for ladydrinks too) and 80 percent of that soi is dominated by LBs. At least you can find some young cute and fit girls on soi 6 and you're not getting harrassed by tens of men dressed as women while walking there.
If anything is going to kill the soi, it's going to come from all these vloggers drawing too much attention over there. The place is getting as famous as the Walking street because of these people.

You have to admit that it's not the same as before Covid.
I mention Soi Chaiyapoon as an alternative, but there are plenty of other places: Soi Buakhow, Soi 13, etc.

There was no Tree Town in Buakhao before covid, no Indian discos on Walking street, KissFoods was open all night but now closes from 1 AM to 8 AM.
Nowhere is the same than it was precovid.

I get waxed. Girls love it. I'm not sure if you've been waxed before. It's a little painful and your package is tender until the next day so getting it on right after waxing might not feel good. Unless you like pain.

I would say the soapies are the same as precovid. Maybe Kinneree not having a pool now can be considered different too. Soi Honey and massage shops? Same. Less freelance chicks are down for doing LT than before covid.

But the new version of Tree Town Walking Street as it is called now has been inaugurated in February 2023 (after covid). I was referring to the actual version of Tree town, not a bunch of bars with the name Tree Town written somewhere around the corner. I was in Pattaya in October 2019 and certainly don't recall it as being as it is nowadays.
For the Indian discos on Walking street, there are references of Naasha as far as 2018, there was also Tony's from very long ago but I always considered these places as marginal back then. Since covid, it is said there are 7 big Indian clubs on Walking street. Maybe I should have said there were no big shiny Indian places that are in your face like the ones we have now on Walking street, except Naasha apparently. The difference is when you go in Walking street now, you can't ignore them as they are all over the place, which was not the case precovid.
Soi Honey seems to be 80 % LBs nowadays, I don't think it was the case precovid, though Passion and the place next door seem to be the same as before.
I can't comment on the other things you said as I don't use these facilities except for the occasional foot massage, and you're right, it didn't change.
