Does anyone know if the road Nosy Be. Diego is repaired? Are the deviations at Ambilobe effective?

Does anyone know a serious 4 x4 driver to bring 4 people from Nosy Be to Diego end of July?

My info is from a year and a half back but it was horrible then. Especially Ambilobe to Diego, just pathetic. It is so bad you feel like you are on a ship with your legs wobbling under you when you finally arrive. Maybe someone has more up to date info but I DO NOT recommend it. Good luck.

Been checking out flight for September / October. Turkish Airlines (flown before and not bad) have return fare via Mauritius for around 900 euros. From Istanbul.

I think that's a cheapest option what one can find. You can play with the number of days in every country and choose what's best suits you.

I just contacted the girl from last trip, no contact since I left last time. The deal again is 50 K per day, home stay with entertainment. Sort of Breakfast and snacks included. There are some projects in recent years with no big impact so far.

Like the cable car in Tana or the stadium, the seafront in Tamatave and so on.

As for prices, each his own kind of spending. Note short time is 20 K and long time is 50 K, by the way short time in the afternoon can be longer than longtime over night since the girls are often early riser.
