I don't think its off-topic at all and maybe a separate thread should be created for it because while not off topic goes beyond the general scope of this thread because finding women for a long term relationship has little to do with living a PT lifestyle but PT's relation to LTR makes sense.

"Cheap" more likely would be in SE Asia and South America.
But in your case low travel cost to EU can compensate for higher girls prices.
You can also check out Czech Republic, although it is not as good and cheap as it used to be 10 years ago.

And it might be better to be more specific, I don't believe there is a grand list, I could be wrong.

Tried scrolling through 10 or so pages of this thread, but I couldn't see any consensus on which country is best for a LTR (alhtough maybe that term needs defining some more). Some countries that do not win, in my opinion:
- US/UK/Western Europe/Canada etc. Too many fat ugly boring women

If they need $1000, they are hitting up everyone else as well so they ask you for $100.
If you (due to your bargain instinct from DR/China experience) say "sorry my dog is sick I only have $50" they take the $50 and say thank you and don't hassle you about it.
They also believe that U.S. men also have U.S. expenses and believe us when we say here take 50 that's all I got.
In fact, even though American women can be bitchy (like any woman) and are often fat, after a few years experience in China DR and other places, American women seem much less venal, very soft and innocent and refreshing. Yes, then they roll over on top of you and you feel the crushing weight.
And even if one of these women is after $1000 for a big screen tv or something frivolous, I often get the feeling that once she gets that, she is going to be happy, i.e., she is not going to drain me for all I am worth and toss me in the gutter like a crushed beer can. She'll take the little sip she needs then sit the can back on the counter.
And, despite being fat, they also produce cute little blond, blue-eyed babies.
They just aren't nearly as venal and cut-throat as some of the overseas women. Maybe they never had to be. I don't know.
Aslo, I always got the feeling, if I was really down on my luck and ever wanted to shack up with one of these women for a little while until I get back on my feet, they would be okay with it.

That was refreshing and so true. I feel the same way. The subject is long term. For that I have to agree. Especially the last about commonalities.
I like this board for info and travel. I'm even planning to spend several months in particular places. But for LTR I think a lot of guys are wasting their time looking outside for what at first seems easy. For LTR they might want to sharpen their skills in the USA. I personally find there are many nice women.
With a foreign woman I think when you get them home and the excitement is over. At that point you may get bored. You may regret all the hard work and time put into this woman. You may find someone that you can't relate to on many levels.
