I will be going to AC in June. As a newbie, I was wondering how much spending money I should bugdet for 12 days, not including money for the hotel. Although not a Cheap Charlie, I still want to be smart about my expenses in AC. Any help would be appreicated.

I am pretty laid back, don't drink much, don't buy a crazy amount of ladies drinks, don't ring the bell and buy drinks for all the women in the bar. On a real conservative day I would say $70 not including hotel. The average bar fine is about 1200 pesos which is about $25. I would probably err on the higher side and say $100-120 a day which would help even out things like multiple bar fines in one day on occasion and the cost of a private taxi to and from airport of $50 a pop each way.

Honestly this is very subjective and usually people will vary widely with their responses. It really depends on how you are and what fun is for you. The avg. drink for you is little less than $2 and the avg lady drink is about $3. You can eat pretty cheap for each meal, but if you are conservative you can eat for about $4-7 pretty easily a meal. Reading the people's reports here and figuring which is closest to your style would put the costs more in perspective. There are people who easily go through $200-300 a day in AC, and then there are people who spend less than a $100 including hotel.

Excluding hotel I usually burn 3-4k pesos per day.
Around 55 Euros. (1Euro=64ps, 1USD=47.3ps)

Yeah I tell everybody phills so cheap, so why do I always go back to england with no holliday money left!

I think the trouble is you can easily get sucked into the drinking/playing pool/multiple bar fines syndrome, and what with taking the lady out for meals ect, suddenly you realize cash burn!

But the life in ac is like dysneyland for us mongers so you just have to try everything you can, so I would set a budget of around $120. 00 per day.

I have found out that if you have a long time bar fine with a girl, you end up spending little money, as the girls I have been with have always advised me if I was being ripped off for anything I was buying.

Fuck the expense, just enjoy!

Im back to normal life and just wana give some info about my last trip to the Philippines.

When I go to PHils I make sure I have a budget about 100 euro to spend, excluding cost of stay plus some extra money in case something happen or I might get married (lol). Both has never happend.

I stayed at Dm residente, 1050 p a day, nice rooms, walkin distance to fields.

Checked out new bars, carousel. I think german owned, same like la pasha, big video screens. Its just besides Dollhouse. Staff is friendly, not pushy, that how I like it.

After a few beers I check Dollhouse. I have to say Dollhouse seems to be a rip off. Gurls are stuck up. If you have a gurl sit next to you, they ask for san miguel light, which is more expensive then a normal LD. I think about 300p, more or less.
But sometimes, they have some real cuties there. This evening one of the doorgurls catched my attention. Korean looks and frim sexy body from what I saw. I literally had to chase her, grab her by the arms and we went to a place to sit down. She ask me for a a LD, san migel, I agreed, hell, f.. the money Im here on holiday and sitting to a real stunner, lets call her Jay..

We chat a bit and I told her frankly I barfined a gurl thenight before and she wasnt gud at all. She sleep all night, speak no words and if I hadnt kick her out the next day, she would be still around.

She stayed until late after noon , then I get a trike for her which brings her to her dorm hosue , where she could a little rest slep and then prepared for Dollhouse again. At 7pm my cp rings and I get txt mesages, that she is missing me and I should go there now to see her.

I decided to do that, but I wanted to go to roadhouse before, still happy hour and I liked the music and the atmosphere. I ordered 2 beers and received 4, guess I ordered one more and ended up with 6 cause of the happy hour.

I received another txt from Jay , asking where I am and I should go there now she is missing me. So up I went there again, paid some drinks, paid bar and went to cambodia to meet up a fried over there. On the way to the bar she told me she have a filipino bf, lol, didnt suprise me, I mean she looks gourgeous. We stopped at the Lion, or orange Lion hotel , we walked inside and she showed me her bf LOL, a guard, ahahaha, I thought she was joking, so I had some beer drinks allready and I told the guy that Im her bf now. Off we go and I think I got some killer looks behind me, hehehehe. Next day I thought, dam , you shouldnt do that, the locals dont like us anyway , but they sure dont like us tosteal their gf, hehehehe...

Now, Im being around some times in PI, but I never experienced that a gurl introduced me to her filipino bf. Never!! Ever!!

When we went back to my hotel, she got a lot of txt. Then she asked me go home ealr ymonring, cause her bf wait for her to bring her home, she got to know him from skytrax disco and he allways brought her home after work.

I told her suprisingly that I thought Im her bf now and she start crying and she agreed finally to stay, Guys Im not a blind about Angels city and the bola2 going on there, but I think this gurl was different. She said not all bargurls are bad, and she can survive with barhop and only one time a month go barfine if she likes the customer. she sent all her money home to get her 2 sisters tru school and she tells me, she needs love not money, which makes me lik eher more, cause I also heard that first time from a gurl.

Useless to say that I spent my whole time with her, I became her bf, I did give her some parfume which I brought from dubai back from dubai and she was very happy about that. This time it was quite hard to leave AC, cause I will miss this gurl, she told me she wil wait for me until I come back, but I told her we keep in touch and I have no doubts that she has to eanr and go with guys, I offered her some other work, but she really enjoy dolhouse.

Now iMback in my country, she someties go to the cafe and chat me up, she allways txt me , call me or misscall me, telllin me what she did and that she ok when sh eback at her dormhouse with her co workers. She never asked for any money, neither given me some soap stories. I think she really likes me.

Im in a kind of trouble now, cause I have a another gf in la union, goin to collegue. On my last trip I couldnt see her, how could I?? When you come home to ur room around 4 am evry day and then have something with ur other gf, how can you make it to be on the fly the bus on 9 am goin to la union, impossible for me. I also like her very much, givin her some excuses for not showing up and promise to be there next time.

As of now, my gf from DH callin me evry day and also want to pick up me from airport in Manila.

So why Im tellin you guys my story? Well, I have to say about this board its a reference for gud information, but a refernece only. Evrybody has to make his own experience how things work out in the PI.Evrybody here has his own opinion about bars, bargurls etc.

Dollhouse is mention as a rip offplace many times. I have to agree that they think they most better than other bars, but as you can see on my story, you can also find a real jewel there, like I did which made my stay unforgetable and makes me lookin forward to my next trip in July....

I know I know, I have to say I know the bola2 going on in PI and I dont look like Brad Pitt either, but calls and txt message and miscalls evry day since I left the PI show me, she must somehow liked me....I have no doubts there are alsoo other guys aroud, thats her job , but I think Im under the top 10. Someone has said that DH pads the bill, in which case that is a ripoff. Charging high prices may SEEM like a ripoff, but technically it isn't. Whenever I was in DH the waitress clearly told me the price of the Gatorade before I bought one for the girl. Now, I tend to ask anyway, but after hitting the bar three or four times I knew the price and was willing to pay it. THe waitresses ALWAYS warned me about the price. Seems pretty honest to me.

My bill wasn't padded.

Also, you said the "girls are stuck up". Since you spent most of the time with one girl from DH, may I ask how many OTHER girls you talked to.

I had both good and mediocre experiences at DH - just like you. See photo section for one of the good experiences. While I was taking pictures, a lady in regular clothes came up to me to tell me I was talking pictures of her "friend". I gave her my card, but no go with that one. I had fun though.

I had my second AC visit in March. I stayed at Amsterdam where I stayed before. I think it is a good value compared to Wild Orchid except there is too much noise from Karaoke from the street behind the hotel.

Everyone is different in how to enjoy their time in AC. I tend to buy LD's and enjoy the company including older mamasan. Once you start buying LD's they keep pestering me beyond being fun. How do you stop them from swarming you and still have fun buying 5-6 LD's maximum?

I was playing pool with a couple of girls at DH and next thing I know there are 5-6 girls sitting at my table. After buying each a LD, I had to rush to choose a girl to bf and get out of there. Funny thing is, the girl I picked is the one I barfined on my first trip to AC and the peformance was sub par. She remembered me also and, this time, she performed very well.

In this 4 day trip, I tried facial massage at the shopping mall (recommended), Imee massage (recommended), Casino (not recommended- no blackjack tables), Karaoke (I had fun with the girls but sorry for the noise, fellow mongers) and Sky Trax Disco. Two girls I barfined (two separate nights) were 19 and 20 yo and they asked me to go to disco. I had a lot of fun with them and their friends until early morning. My mistake was not remembering I am not 20's anymore.

On my last evening at AC, I found a stunner at Cambodia at around 9PM. My flight out of Clark was 1AM and I figure I had almost 3 hours and had to take her to my room for the last pleasure.
