Don't like meeting them in the reception and would prefer them to come straight to the room. That's providing there's no key card elevators.

The reception called just after I booked with the agency to inform me that there was a lady on the line. All fine.

Agency confirmed my name and room number. Still all OK.

But then at the time of the appointment, the reception rang again to say there's a lady on the line waiting for you and there's also a lady on her way up to your room! No.

This was not how I expected things to go. The agency should not have asked the reception to ring my room to tell me a lady was on the way up to the room.
