In Opium and Attica the range goes from about 18-28, I usually see a lot of the same people there each week and some of the girls there are stunning.

Some weeks at Opium they have "Model Shows" where models parade around the club to music showing off outfits of some designer. Those nights are amazing as there are 20-30 young models floating around the place.

I don't know of any Street action near Heathrow, but I know a couple of places once you get into London.

If you look on the main road (Commercial Street) next to Old Spitalfields Market which is not far from Liverpool Street station you should find some action anytime from 8pm onwards.

I'm a regular visitor to London and I've always had good luck at the walk ups. They are a little intimidating at first and I was in London many times before I worked up the courage to give them a try.

4 hours is not enough time to go out of LHR and find someplace to get laid and then try to get back through security to your gate.

Counting from the time you hit customs and immigration (I'm assuming you are fying in from the US) to finding trasnportation you mau be short on time to go off the airport premises.

It may take over 2 hours to get back to your departure gate given that you will have to go back through security at LHR.
