For some guys to read the forum and then go to Soi 6 expecting to snag a hottie and go to the room for 1500 baht, those days are over.
If you don't think that Soi 6 has dark days ahead, check out Angeles City in the Philippines, as an example of the death spiral that results from Koreans discovering a cheap venue. Mark my words: in 5 years, Soi 6 will be sold off as land for hotels.

It's just a lot less frequent (since ladies want to stay in the bar in case a rich Korean enters) and much more expensive.

That's not much compared to the 80 other bars owned by Thais and a bunch of foreigners.
Don't be fooled by the Korean flags or Korean names in the bars, that's just to attract Korean customers.
