You can search preferences for "bareback" and / or "unprotected sex". My understanding is that there are lots of fakes and time wasters sprinkled with gems. What I'm mostly hearing is that while it's out there, it's certainly harder to find than in Germany, and it takes time. And I'll only have about 4-5 days to connect. But I'll give it a whirl and post back here what I can.

The meet was in an apartment / hotel. It was easy access with no issues. I went on foot and it is a relatively short walk from South Kensington station. The apartment was clean and there were showering facilities.
