Hi. Where are you staying? As to your original question, I know of only one place where BJ is "on the menu". At almost every other place, it's YMMV. I find the best thing to do is to build a relationship and work your way up. I can say that it's possible at pretty much any massage place. I recently visited the famous HaiLang sauna. My third time. In Shanghai. As others have noted, it may be a bit hard to find, not because it's in a isolated place, but is in the middle of a busy street, stores, homes and shops.
The official address is Zhong Shan Xi Lu 1277 or 1279, and it's near the Hongqiao Street station on Line 10. [See the enclosed pictures for the Chinese address, and location]. When you see the road sign shown in the enclosed picture, immediately to its right (as you are facing it in the direction of the traffic) , you will see a small store called Family Mart. Next to it is an entrance to a complex. Go inside and make an immediate left. You'll see guys in suits and tuxes and ask them for Hai Lang and they'll take you inside.
The place is very well organized. Just say or point that you want to go upstairs. They speak enough English. You'll be asked to deposit all your belongings in a locker and given a key, pajamas and slippers. They are very particular you don't take your phone or any money with you (they don't want you tipping the girls). You'll be taken to a fishbowl. I was there around 3. 30 pm and there was a selection of about 8, most in the 6-8 range. I had decided to go for a 3-some, so I chose 933 and 916.
