Have you seen the stainless steel commercial pot like in the picture? They are in most local places. Some places actually have pretty good coffee. One cup is diluted, the other is not.

The last two pictures are in Sao Paulo, but this place doesn't dilute it and only gives you a small cup after but it is very strong. I usually will order another one

It is irrelevant to them other than those who give you quotes in US dollars.

I agree that 200-250 k is a good starting point. My point is that if you are on a short trip, don't let an extra 50 k or $10 be the deciding factor in whether you want to see a particular girl. Each girl is unique and if you want to see that particular girl, that is what you want need to pay to see her. When you go back home, don't be the guy who let $10 stop him from seeing a girl that he really wanted to see and say that it was the principle of the matter. Just pay the extra $10 and have fun, that's my opinion. It matters more to expats on a tight budget.

Sex workers and anyone else who conducts their business in local currency have no reason to keep up with or be aware of foreign exchange rates. People with access to foreign currency and who have the need to conduct foreign exchange transactions do have reasons to keep up with and be aware of exchange rates.
