firstly, the ones inside the building have a mamasan keeping track of them and they always have regular checks for stds. the mamasan also has enough support to prevent any ugly incidents. street walkers are probably okay but being unsupervised you really do not know what you are getting into and you may also have to go somewhere for the deed, which is a pain. the prices inside the building vary between 300 and 500 rupees for the one shot deal, with very little extra on offer unless the girl sees you regularly in which case some extras could be negotiated with the girl privately. on the road the prices may be the same, but there are extras to pay for a place, at the very least. trust this helps.

went to at spa at north main road in kp. counter charges 1000. therapist was smart. massage was nice. i asked for extras. quoted 700 for hj. bargained it to 600. good hj. no touching. quoted 10,000 for fs. nice babes. looks 7.5/10 damages 1700. ambience 8.5. wir: yes.

I'm a foreigner but completely fluent in Hindi, so bargaining won't be an issue. But before I head over there, I'd like to know how safe it is, what

The best times are to go, where specifically to go I've read through some of the forum pages and have seen a lot about 'Welcome', though I'd like to know about some of the other places on Budhwar Peth too.

Or other lodges anywhere in the city.

Even if you want to hire a room for ST for a gal arranged by your own, they do not agree for that. All other places in this area too have the same scenario. One needs to have his own place to venture.

Saideep at Jagtap Dairy and Saudagar are the main activity centers in PS. However, suggest you to refrain for few days, recently there was a news in newspaper about crackdown in PS. Also there have been few raids at both these places in recent past.

whatever kattar puneri has mentioned is absolutely correct. in addition to that, there have been cases of looting, cheating and harrassing once you are inside the room with these good looking girls / eunuchs standing on the road, especially right side of laxmi road if you are driving in the allowed direction (from start of laxmi road towards 4 wheeler bridge).

the standing girls in the lanes on left of laxmi road (behind post office, near disco and welcome buildings) are safe but may have service attitude issue. so its always better to go to the buildings directly and choose.

don't ever go to lanes on right side of laxmi road.

Fixed charge for particular type of massages, once inside it's all depend upon your convincing skills and the type of girl you got. For good massage + HJ kind of stuff you need spend at least 3-3.5k which is more in my opinion.

I am new to Pune. Heard a lot about BP. Went there last week just for roaming and seeing the place. There are many small roads. I want to get directions for good buildings as I find it pretty confusing as a newcomer to find roads properly. Can someone please help me with proper directions?
