But TV and movies are in German, English movies are synchronized. Every young German should be able to understand and speak English. Hmm, yes, perhaps they speak English well when compared to southern Europe, but definitely not compared to Scandinavia or the rest of Western Europe.
Most Germans speak English in theory only. It's the result of decades long TV brainwashing by dubbing all voices in a nauseating version of 'cool-sounding' German.

German literally gets plastered over any other foreign language on German TV, from Married with Children (Eine schrecklich nette Familie) to Bruce Willis ("Yippie Yah Yei Schweinebacke!") in Die Hard ("Stirb Langsam") to foreign dignitaries making a speech about an important geopolitical event.
It's quite incredibly to see how many well educated German friends of mine have ZERO clue of what goes on outside of their borders, as they only read German newspapers, watch German television and follow German websites.

And one more thing before I had visited Germany I had heard stories from the Second World War and then till the Fall of the Berlin Wall about Germany and German People. But when I visited there I found Germans to be extremely friendly guys atleast in the western part, I know Eastern Germany is still how the Communist Rule existed there before the fall of Berlin Wall. But in General in Frankfurt and in Berlin I had no problems at all approaching a German.

German are very friendly with french even when not speaking German, I just regret many Germans in club don't seem to be very friendly and respectful with Romanian or Bulgarian girls, reported by many girls.

Having lived in Sweden for over 3 years and a similar time in Switzerland, the Swedes are undeniably better, and I must say that on balance the Germans are better than the Swiss.
Germany and Switzerland do dub their English language programs, but Romania and Ex Yugoslavia do not for example. In Portugal, which uses subtitles, people tend to be much better than other Latin countries in English.
About the Swiss I can not agree with you, many people for whom this is the first foreign country do remark how good the English is here, but then those same people never lived in Sweden.
