the bad thing is that this place is like extra-territory. in 3 days in ctg, i've been stopped and checked for drugs 2 times by the police at night (+ 1 more time in mde). thumbs up to the police from me for that, because i like the place i attend is clean, and i am happy when police does its job. so, why casa benjamin is allowed to be a notorious place where worst drugs circulate freely every night? everyone knows that in ctg, but the police does not enter. i am curious to see what would happen, if one night 10 policemen enter at 4am to check thoroughly the place and all patrons.

There are good Optics stores around the Centro and Bocagrande.

The truth is that all "normal" working girls are now back home, to their home towns, to visit parents and sons, if they have.

I'm now back home after 3 days in CTG. I've been so disappointed in these days:
- Elektra is closed. Elektrica (with accent on the "I") is nothing compared to our old good Elektra. WHERE ARE YOU, ALDO?
- The choice of girls is poor, never been so poor in all my visits to CTG. Few ones, and not so sexy and cumplacentes as I always enjoyed.

It was not my choice to choose these days, but next time, if any, I will do whatever possible to move my visit to some other week.

PS: the name of the place is [i]ELEKTRI'KA[/i], with accent on the "i", not Elektracita or whatever other funny name I read here before.

On the other hand it's relieving to hear that because all this week cab drivers have kept telling me Medellin will be half empty and Fase II, Luna Lunera etc. Closed on Thursday-Friday. And all this week I've been blaming myself for not booking the flights and a flat in CTG.

Jail, fine, extorted. The colombian police exist to protect and to serve their own interest, so any of the aforementioned is no big surprise, it's a third world country. But that doesn't mean he had done anything illegal. Especially as it was 'minus the drugs', I don't really see the problem.

The Israelis are running happily their business and don't seem to be scared off by the crooked cops.

And I don't think the American customs and immigration people jail any asses in Colombia.

the israelis don't have ****d girls (or do you have other information?) so where is the similarity between the two business plans?

Hi,

My wingman and I arrived in Cartagena yesterday, after a week in Medellin. Last night, we visited PleyClub, then LDV. Both of them were crowded. I picked up Francesca (?) at PleyClub and I liked her quite a bit. She was a cute spinner, with a lovely smile, eager to please, just a joy to be with. Later at LDV, I picked up Cardina, from Baranquilla. She was a lot of fun at the club, but back in my hotel room, she was all business. However, she was really good in the sack, and that was well worth the price of admission. Unfortunately, Francesca had a cold and told me about it up front, but I could not resist DFK. OTOH, Cardina decided to spend the night in my hotel room, and by early morning, she was running a fever. I shared with her some of the fever medication that I carry with me when I travel. Knock on wood, I don't show any signs yet of either cold or the flu.

I paid 200k pesos at PleyClub for 30 min, as for Cardina, when I asked how much she wanted, she never responded. This morning, she seemed pleased with what I gave her.

Now, to my rippoff question. We took a taxi from Bocagrande and asked the driver to take us to Linda Chica. He said he knew where it iwas, and quoted us 15k. However, when we arrived at the place, the sign said PleyClub, hummm? I assumed that maybe there was a name change. Then, once inside, I asked the bartender how much it would be for a 30 min session, he replied 250, which seemed a bit high. Later, when I asked Francesca the same question, she said 200 and that's what I paid. Does this imply that we can negotiate the rate at these places? Or was the extra 50k a cut for the taxi driver? I also asked Francesca whether PlayClub and Linda Chica are one ad the same? She said no.

Even though I was pleased with my session at PlayClub, I was not pleased with that experience. Any hint on how to avoid that next time. Thanks a lot!
