If I hadn't had any luck with the way things went on the phone with Hono Bono, I probably would've gone there next. As it is though, the prices in Shibuya are a bit too steep for my wallet. Start with something like,onanoko wo yoyaku shitai desu ga...then they will probably ask who you want and whether you have ever used the service before, to make sure you know the system. After you answer that, then you tell them the time as well. At this point, I usually tell them I am a gaijin. I know there is some debate on this issue. 75% of the time its not an issue, especially since i have already proved i can speak Japanese. My philosophy is, why take the risk that you get yourself all the way to Ugusuidani or wherever? You dont want to run the risk that you are stuck with blueballs in a love hotel.Once you clear this up, they will probably put you on hold to check that the girl is ok with everything. Some of the girls are more gaijin-friendly than others. Then, after that they will tell you to call them when you get to the location or call when you are inside of the hotel. I usually call when i get there to make sure everything is ok BEFORE i go into a hotel - you never know, sometimes the girl reconsiders and decides no gaijin. Again, the shop has the power, so always act deferential. After the 2nd OK, check into the hotel, turn on the TV and watch Japanese porn for a few minutes while you wait for your girl to arrive.If everything goes well, she will probably give you a more exclusive phone number for the shop, so they will know you are a trusted customer, or they give you the name of the tencho or whatever - always easier the second time around. Anyway, hope this helps. The first couple of lines on the phone seem awkward, but i imagine that would be the case in English as well.

They'll walk you through the process.The process is pretty formulaic, so if your accent is good, and your grammar perfect, it's possible that they wont know you're not Japanese, but chances are at some point they will say some thing like:すみません、失礼ですけど、外国人の方なんですか。or失礼ですが、どこの国の方なんですか。At which point, you should just tell them the truth. The have to check with the girls to see who's down. Sometimes they want to call back.In my experience, if you can speak Japanese, you can generally get them to send someone over, but they may have some excuse for why the girl you want is busy.
