However, the border between Serbia and Hungary is actually open without any restrictions, and there is no quarantine at this moment for anyone coming (back) from Serbia to Hungary. (I don't want to enter into details here, but this is mostly due to political reasons, and it's hard to predict how long the practice of ignoring the pandemic situation can be sustained on this basis, but that's the situation right now).
