In fact, it is often more reliable and can be better corroborated and substantiated than eye witness testimony.

Team Trump's attorneys didn't present any credible circumstantial evidence because they didn't have any. They didn't have any to present because there isn't any.

They were laughed out of court even by Trump appointed judges.

My understanding of what is happening now is that the Republicans are watching the polls like crazy now and if there is any funny business, they go to a judge right then. This way you are not asking a judge to overturn an election result but making a decision to invalidate a ballot or ballots before the results are even known.

Did you notice how the Democratic here were mum on this story of someone illegally harvesting ballots? There is no outrage about that or that 85% of the video was destroyed just that there was no credible circumstantial evidence.
