Naturally, the girl is going to request more money for 2 hours than for 1 hour too. When it comes to gas prices in Thailand, I did a bit of research two months back, with oil prices down I wonder why the prices in Thailand was the same then for 91 if I remember was like 33.50 as soon as I started to look into it it drop. 50 then again to the point prior to the conflict 30.20 for 91, now it is just raise to 30.70.
The reason Thailand subsitizes their fuel particularly Diesel so it doesn't hurt the Thais in general. The basically have a fuel fund to compensate for the higher prices and it didn't come down right away because the government wanted to fill up the depleted fund for future use.
