I'm thinking of taking a trip to either Phnom Penh or Saigon, never been to either one. Has anyone been to both? What's been your experience?
I am travelling alone. If my hotel said out of the blue when I was checking in, "if you bring a friend here, they need to check their passport in at the front desk", does that mean it's a bar girl friendly hotel? It's a more expensive hotel.
It means the hotel is definitely not bargirl friendly. They are hoping that any girl you bring back from a bar won't have a passport, ie they can refuse her entry to the hotel. Unfortunately for them quite a few bargirls do have passports these days as they get taken on holidays to Thailand, Singapore and other countries by guys they meet here.
The vast majority of hotels and guesthouses in Cambodia are girl friendly, so maybe choose another one. Some still ask if you "need a girl" as you are being shown your room.

But you can always move to other hotels if that is the case. One hotel I stayed in Siem Reap asked for a joiner fee of $15, but they said it is essentially for the buffet breakfast which to me sounded cannot argue with it. They did not ask for her passport but some ID. One hotel in Sihanoukville had a board that was outright derogatory saying that the hotel is not a brothel and unless the guests check in together, no one will be allowed into the rooms. Luckily I booked only for one day and next day moved to Coolabah. It is not worth loosing your sleep arguing with the hotel guys when you just want to do your thing.

Thanks, which other SEA countries would you recommend? I've gone to Thailand frequently and while I enjoy it, I'm open to other options. FYI the Philippines is next on my list.

I was in PP last year initially staying at a 13 usd place that did not allow for girls which was fine at first since I just took them to the short time places for quickies until I moved to Nana / Circuit Hotel for 19 usd. I'm OK with Nana but it's a bit far from the bars and the rooms are tiny. I'll be staying for three weeks in PP this time so I'd like something affordable, preferably 20-30 or even less if anyone knows.
Thanks

Thanks
Try the Pillar Hotel corner of street 102 and River Side. Around 20 dollars a night including breakfast, and no issues to take girls back to your room at all. In the middel of the scene and no crampie rooms. Great place, friendly staff and good breakfast.
Hello friends.
I will be traveling to pp through June 5th to 9th. And plan to stay golden house international at riverside. Please let me know if anyone available there at that time to catch up for coffee or drink.
BTW is golden house is green for girls? Please advise.
Regards.

I went to Phnom Penh during Vietnamese big holiday in the end of April with my Thai friend. As this is our first trip to Phnom Penh, RTTF proved to be very useful (I read up to 30 pages). We stayed at Home feel hotel on booking, lovely hotel and very girl friendly (they actually said that in the respond email I asked them if they are girl friendly LOL.
Not so bad city, a much fresh scene compared to the overcrowded Hochiminh city, and the people are very laid back or kinda lazy. Start the bar hunt at 9 pm. Went through the usual Air force, colonial, Rose, Smile girl, oasis, Lemon Sizzlers, the quality is actually pretty bad by Asian standard LOL. Maybe there are 1 decent ones in some of them but there are 2 of us so we keep on moving. Trying to walk to LE cyrcee from street 136, turn out to be a very bad idea, took the tuk tuk when there s only 2 block away (2 big blocks). Slightly better selection, but the girl caught my interest has small boobs. The night still young so we moved on. It s bad luck that Pontoon was closed for the week (renovation or something, don't want to see the gay bar Hear of darkest so we headed to Naga to gamble and check out the talents.
Gambling proved to be the even worse idea so went to the club to check the girls, turn out the best girls in Phnom Penh by concentration and average hotness is nested here. The score is starting from 7, there s no 10 but many 8's. Asking price is steep 100- 150 all night, many Viet but since I just came from Vietnam, I focused on Khmer talents. Pick a slim tall tanned one for $120 while my friend s sticking to the vanila Viet, brought home and fucked her senseless. Very GFE, decent English compared to bar girl. The funny thing the girl has her own car- a Toyota Camry and she drove us back LOL.
Cheers
Unfortunately, the PC Hotel no longer operates.
Next time you can try PC Hotel, opposite Walkabout. Bigger bathrooms with separated showers. And the issue with the breakfast in Circuit hotel, very well know. I always tell them that I booked a double room, only consumed one breakfast so they should at least give me a refill for free, otherwise I order the second breakfast. Never a problem then anymore, apart from Hong Kong where normally only one breakfast is included in the room price.

Unfortunately, the PC Hotel no longer operates.
The French arsehole that owned it was such an ignorant prick, its no surprise that it went down the gurgler.
Hi Folks,
I will be in PP for some days early June!
Since it's my first time there, may I know if there is any call girl agency?
Where can I find the WG easily? Any suggested hotel that I can find them?
Is there any sauna place like those in BKK?
Thanks all brother!

Thanks all brother!
Saint, you are a regular member with 19 postings. Most of them with a lot of questions. Read back in this thread and you have answer to all your questions. When you have been in Phnom Penh, write a rapport. Next time you ask questions, maybe some want to help you.
SaintSeiya, I tried to send you a Private Message, but apparently you are not a subscribed member of the forum. Sign up and pay your membership dues and I will send you some suggestions. Otherwise go back 9 months or so and RTFF. Everything you are asking about has already been discussed multiple times by various board members. At the very minimum check out the ROD thread.
