Better women cheaper prices more things to do. You will have fun at both but I will easily take Medellin over Tijuana.

More attractive women, better performance, cheaper price. The only issue would be that Tijuana is much closer if you live on the West Coast and it is a much longer flight to Colombia. That is a factor but if you are willing to make the flight to Medellin, it is an easy choice.

The OP specifically mentioned Facebook and Gusto. My response was about Facebook and Gusto (weird how that works). However, I've encountered working girls in several bars (and had them move closer and smile at me. 1 even said "Hello, so it would be irresponsible to suggest that someone is going to be 100% safe from getting drugged and robbed elsewhere.
To make sure you understand, this is all about women who are hookers. Hookers will often do something to get the attention of a potential customer. Along Veracruz some will cluck their tongue, many will smile and a few will try to touch you. Around Parque Lleras they'll often initiate conversation with you. In Gusto they walk around, make eye contact and smile, and if you show interest they'll approach. That's fairly normal Colombian hooker behavior. As some people know it's different from DR hooker behavior. It's probably somewhat different from Thai hooker behavior too. However, the chance of entering a bar in Medellin and encountering several Thai hookers is less than 50-50. By my estimate.

My first post was on 9/01/2021, #48892, some 692 pages ago. While this board has provided some valuable information and I would like to see it stay around, however, the change in the board title would reflect what is actually going on here. The following is my reasoning:
Statistical Percentage Values.
1% Reports (of various quality, and yet an inflated value).
2% Questions.
2% Replies to questions (including 20% of those being snarky RTFF remarks, which is an absolutely insane reply because of the time spent typing the snark could have answered the question, and then later the replier becomes part of the 95% mentioned below).
95% Opinions, arguments (less manly ribbing and seemingly becoming more and more personal), throw away "Yaas Queen!" remarks, waxing philosophical about what a "10" is, waxing philosophical about what the dollar value of pussy is, waxing philosophical about economics (always supply and demand. Basic 101 stuff), complaining about disruptions in the market due to newbies and weekend warriors.
This is what 1-year of data looks like:
Date Range: 9/1/21 - 11/30/22 = 456 days.
Number of Posts during that range: 59270 - 48892 = 10,378 post.
Pages Generated Per Day: 692/456 = 1. 5 pages per day.
Post Frequency: 10378/456 = 22 posts per day.
Report Frequency: 22*1% = 1 report post 5 per day.
Frequency of a Report: 5/1. 5 = Once every 3. 333 days.
Conclusion: Talk about a bunch of noise and static to find a scrap of value.
And. If the people complaining about Medellin becoming more popular and more expensive, then look the culprit is the frequency of posts and the volume everyone shouts out about how great Medellin is. Yes, the ISG page is probably just a drop in the bucket compared to YouTube -- and dummy YouTubers who are not even making making money from their street videos, just raising lust and awareness -- but the over-communication on the "Reports" forum certainly doesn't help when a YouTuber converts to ISG and sees a literal jerk circle. That convert is going to want whip his junk out and start beating it like mad, too.
Looking forward to the title change so I can at least manage expectations.

I can safely say I'm a veteran of both. I've made 10 trips to Medellin and far more time in Tijuana. My opinion: I wouldn't compare the two. To me, they are very different. Personally, I prefer Medellin but that's simply a style opinion. I love Tijuana too, just for different reasons. In short, going to Hong Kong and other bars in Tijuana is a must. It is unique in my experiences. Sheer volume is amazing. Cost wise, it's not even close. Your money will go much further in Colombia. For me, I've had some great success with GFE in MDE. I prefer longer dates, getting to know the girl and GFE. I find Mexicans to be more efficient. I've had some amazing experiences in Tijuana. Some of the best in my life. But as a percentage of sessions, MDE experiences are more commonly great. I'd also say I find the paisas more attractive than Mexicans, generally speaking. But that is obviously subjective.
The other difference, to me, is Medellin has probably just as many options as Tijuana. But they are spread out over a very large city. Whereas in Tijuana, the majority (but certainly not all) of the options are all within a couple city blocks. Dangerously convenient.
Read the forums. But in my opinion, decide what you are looking for and that will help you decide. Pm me if you have any specific questions.
