General Info

Greetings to all,

I am new to this forum, I've contributed to the Tijuana forum sometimes and tried to help anyone who wants to, however, I am planning my first trip to Frankfurt and their wonderful FFKs, I've read the past postings on this forums and I already know which FKK's I should visit, how to find a hotel near the FKK's.

Now, these are the questions that I've still have to answer:

1- Are there any FKK's near a metro station? I am asking because I haven't decided to either rent a car or just take the metro, like everyone new to FKK's, I really don't want to rent a car because I don't know the city, but if I have to I will, however, if the FKK's are near the metro stations I would really like to skip the car.

2- Do FKK's have any English speaking personnel? I don't speak a word of German, I am planning to take google's translator with me as a tool, but that's it, if that doesn't work I am screwed, I also speak Spanish (I am Mexican) so any of the two will do.

3- Do FKK's, hotels and Frankfurt in general have parking? I guess this is a question about parking in general, if I have to rent a car, how difficult it is to park a car in Frankfurt in general, keep in mind that I don't speak German. I've visited Manhattan and didn't rent a car because it is hell to park cars, where I did rent a car and regretted it was in Miami, parking was very expensive.

4- How accessible is WIFI? Google's translator uses the internet, if I don't have internet it won't work, do coffee shops, hotels, shopping malls, FKK's give WIFI? If not, then I would be very restricted in communication with people in general.

5- I plan to purchase the GPS TomTom application for my iPhone, has anyone used this?

The reasons of my questions is in order to make my ultimate decision, should I make the trip by myself or pay one of those FKK tours on the internet, I am a very outgoing person and wouldn't mind doing it alone, but I am trying to determine the cost / benefit of those tours, I guess that for someone who has already gone to FKK and know how things work a tour is worthless, but for someone like me, who has never been to Frankfurt and doesn't speak German it's a real option.

BTW I have a rental[/QUOTE]If you have 4 days then go to all of them, one club per day but for Mainhattan you can allocate half a day so use Mainhattan for the day you are travelling in or out of Frankfurt.

If you have 3 days then do Oase, Palace and World.

If you have 2 days then do Oase and one of Mainhattan or Palace.

If you have 1 day then do Oase.

Is it better to reserve / rent a car from the Internet? Do you get better rates? Or are the prices the same if you simply show up at the rental counter at the airport?

2. Yes, almost everyone speaks enough English to have fun. I speak no German and have zero problems

3. Some yes some no. Some paid fee some free. Parking can be a pain in the ass if you aren't used to parallel but some areas aren't that bad

4. Palace back room you can steal wifi from Flemings hotel next door (no password). I had no issues with ipad but I'm told its officially not allowed in club (anything with camera)

5. The iOS 5 basic map has always worked fine for me on foot; car rentals I get their gps

1) Almost all major FKKs are very easy to get to via public transport using train and / or bus. Use [url]http://reiseauskunft.bahn.de/bin/query2.exe/en.[/url] I rarely have a car when I'm in the area. Oase includes a short taxi ride (10 euros one-way). FKK World is not good and includes a longer taxi ride (30 euros).

2) You will be fine in all major FKKs and anywhere in the country as long as you don't stray into the countryside too much. Spanish will help you with some girls.

4) Hotels: usually, but you should check. Coffeeshops: some. FKKs: Usually not allowed to use mobiles, except for select areas, no free signal. But just speak English.

If you go in late November / early December, I will probably in the area as well and can show you around a bit if you like, I'm German. Preferably on a Saturday though.

For public transport use [url]www.bahn.de[/url] And get the English option. It is brilliant in providing public transport options.

Personally I would not worry about language problems. Just learn a few basic german phrases out of politeness.

Also I don't think there is any need to join a tour unless you feel you would like the company.

Forcharles. NEVER just walk up to car hire. Use internet. Avoid Dollar and Thrifty in Germany. They are franchised to Terstappen and are well known scam artists where foreigners are concerned

Ah! Thank you for all your responses, I've decided to go on my own and rent a car and follow fate, after all, adversity is part of the adventure, maybe it will create founder memories for when I'm old.

I will report my trip in this forum for all to read, and remember, my offer still stands, if someone ever decides to visit Tijuana consider me as your guide to my city.

I plan for a visit in the first week of December. The lineup would be down then because too close to holidays that girls would go home already? Any ideas about the possible line-up for early December? Thanks.

Do you ask for locations in a specific area? Please make your question more specific.

I am a big Movie Buff, and I mean regular movies not just porn. I am also very fond of European film in general, and I love watching films or documentaries about prostitutes.

To my knowledge there still haven't been any films made either about or that feature big FKK clubs or Sauna clubs, places like Oase or World etc. Surely some aspiring film maker could make an interesting movie about some poor girls leaving Romania to work in an FKK club in Frankfurt, but then it doesn't workout for some of the girls because they are not attractive enough, and they have to take a job in a Partytreff before finally ending up in a bareback apartment in Krefeld or working on the street or whatever!!

If anyone knows of any such movies please post.
