My first remark: There is simply no way to describe the situation of tourism and the related industries in Hungary with just one word or sentence. Anyway, as you can see, the core problem is the lack of foreign tourists. And if we focus more specifically on the sex market, obviously its segments are also affected differently by the crisis. Therefore you cannot go to Budapest. For Hungarians entering the country September 1 or after that is strict too, 14 days of quarantine or 2 PCR tests. So, you & your girlfriend will have to come to Budapest some other time.
