Unisex, I said down and the toilet seat was heated! Then there was a remote panel so I push the buttom and a nice stream how it hits the spot is amazing since everyone ass is different size. In USA Although they expect a tip when booking can call reservation after to note you are a senior or have problems. I pick and choose where I order a wheelchair usually not in USA But I do like this trip even with Eva, in SFO, no wheelchair but everywhere else but no matter where I noted I need to board early. You need to look up those benefits when I got to Bangkok, with Eva immigration is a long and I mean long walk I had noted assistenance after everyone got off I thought wheel chair was waiting it was but out of gate area the big golf cart picked me up although last I got through immigration VIP before the lugguge ever came out. My tip was 200 baht! All worth it.

Outside of USA Staff very helpful in the USA It is pulling teeth they not want you to know these free benefits for seniors even with EVA in USA I had to be a bit more convincing to the staff about my rights. This trip I always get early for checkin because of all the stuff I buy check in one bag 22 Kilos vs. Along two I do everyone a favor including myself. When I got there I place my 1 giant lugguge on one of their scales 20 Kilos it read. When time to check in I place this scale showed 26 Kilos, although one, the guy said take something out I said wait, that scale show 20, this one shows 26 kilos, I don't see recently sticker that it has been calibrated? I gesture to the baggage handler to take the duffle back place it on the end scale as I noted came up 20 kilos! No words no nothing, agent place tags to final destination.
