Is there a limit on photo views? It seems that each time I look through a photo gallery, for instance, after about 15 minutes I can no longer see photos. It seems that I need to re-boot my computer to start viewing again. Is there something I could do to prevent the need to re-boot each time?

I posted a short note in the the Jakarta forum, just after a post that was marked with Jackson's blue tagline, "I hope someone puts this post in the Reports of Distinction". There was nothing unusually helpful about the post, and I recalled a lot of other posts from mainly newbies that had the same tagline.
I looked at a couple of other posts that had the same "recommendation", and found nothing special enough to recommend them to be enshrined. In fact, it seemed that new and low post counters were just being given an "attaboy", and the reports in general were nothing out of the ordinary.
Unless the sections are going to be renamed, "Reports of Average Quality", I think it's gotten a little silly. I'll give you some examples.

Since Google Earth is becoming better and better with very detailed views of every city (or anything?) I think it would be very valuable if Google Earth Placemarks would be possible to upload. I propose that the file type .kmz is added as a valid file type. These files are pretty small, < 1 kB.
Especially in places where streets or roads have no name (or street names are written in a language that is not easily interpreted by the commom westerner) I think this would make it much easier to give an accurate description of Where? (compared to "... to the left after the second street on the right after the fourth building...")

I just responded to your renewal email and filled out all the info only to have my payment by credit card rejected. No problem Ill get a money order together for you but Im not thrilled that I had to enter my credit card info to find out I couldnt use it.
Maybe you can add a note of warning or something to the page or just disable the paying with credit card option all together until it gets fixed.

Go to advanced search and then in the lower left corner select "show results as reports" instead of the default "show results as threads". Simple as that

I'm wondering whether some proportionality could be enforced between the quote and the fresh text, like if there's 15 lines of quote, the fresh text needs to be at least 5 lines long etc.
It is not unusual for whole pages to be filled by lengthy quotes of the same post followed by one- or two-liners. Apparently some members don't know how to edit a quote; or use the "quote" button instead of the "add a report" button.

I have just submitted my subscription and my sole motivation for having done that was that I do truly believe that you are more than deserving of support for the great job you are doing.
Along with my now "paid" subscription, I noticed that I can now view the "Photo gallery" and WOW!! This is truly a dynamite feature (over 62,000 thumbnail pictures) and is very useful when I don't have much time to go through all of the pages. I now figure that I had previously probably missed at least 50% of all the pictures posted by just scrolling thru this photo gallery.
Just a suggestion, but perhaps you should publicize this fact as I betcha a lot of the other Senior Members are NOT aware of this extra feature of a paid subscription. Could I also perhaps suggest that there are perhaps a lot of "senior Members who are content - just as I was previously - to just mooch along without paying as you are so generously providing practically all the other features with no fees etc required.
I of course realize that a lot of the success of ISG had been because most of the Senior Members DO contribute good reports, pictures, advice etc and that you probably do not want to alienate them by demanding that they also pay a subscription. This being the case, I would not mind you posting this article in other more "visited" threads with my personal appeal to other Senior Members to:
Please consider how much you all have benefited from being a Senior Member and that you....'should'... NOW show your appreciation and support for Jackson and ISG by paying for a paid subscription.

the problem is that many of us enter the Forum from our working place where the administrator of the network might discover our activity on the web.
As well known a fire wall or a similar device (proxy,...) can store the visited web sites and print a log for each user.
Untill a couple of years ago it was possible to enter the forum just digiting in the URL box the protocol of the server wich is [url]http://209.172.34.102[/url] ([url]http://209-172.35.240[/url] for the USA one) realizing a discreet access to the Forum but now it looks to be unpossible.
Can you/we think about to create somehow a hidden access to the Forum for those who connect from places other then own home?

First I would like to thank you for your work in providing this invaluable forum. It has quite literally changed my life. While it is true I would have found many of the wonders I have found in other ways, the fact remains that this forum is where I learned about most of them. But please allow me to interject one note of respectful and I hope constructive criticism. It regards our Humble Turd (That Asshole):
That Asshole (aka Humble Turd) is BY FAR the best poster on internationalsexguide. He is one of the main reasons I read this board. His writing is entertaining and funny, and his editorializing is not heavy handed and is absolutely on point. And most importantly - [b]he provides excellent new information.[/b] After all that is, I should think, the point of this forum.
I am truly shocked that he is being subjected to deletion and censoring. I fear we will lose that rarest of contributors - one who actual provides new, detailed information. Persons adventurous enough to explore new territory will inevitably be somewhat prickly in personality, but this is a very small price to pay for their hard-won information.
Please consider these points and reconsider your imposition of strictures upon this contributor. I'm sure you are well aware that restrictions are anathema to the creative personality, and we will lose his valuable input merely because a few others who never contributed anything disagree with some of his more colorful asides.
RE: Suggested Urgent Site Improvement - Personal Credits Link-library
In view of recent developments I feel it important to recommend a site-improvement. To further support my suggestion I have also consulted the "banned users" chapter.
This is to save trouble for other legitimate members in the future. To cut the story short, I was accused by some "woman" (yes I am sure it is a woman) of making trouble and several of my posts got (badly) edited as a result plus I got banned/censored for a certain time.

All accusations from a nobody, a "zero". After consulting the "banned members list" I had to conclude that I am not the only one attacked in this way. This is happening with growing frequency. The "women" get in under false, macho sounding names, accumulate a number of points from meaningless comments, like:
"Where can I buy Cialis over the counter in Bali?" or "Can anyone recommend a hotel in Bangkok?"
They even receive "senior" status by this. Then 2 or three of them attack a legitimate member who they hate. The result is at least a headache for the attacked legitimate senior member and for Admin too. Maybe even worse and we commit suicide.

In Cyber-space anyone can pretend to be anything. Name is just a skin, has no meaning and carries no credit at all. This is the reason I have compiled this simple "library of links" to my own reports which immediately informs the Admin or other members of our contribution or the lack of it. Ideally, members could edit their own little "library of credits" and this "simple list of links" would be accessible by anyone with the click of a button in the header.

Anyone can easily make trouble here, especially if they form gangs. They immediately receive credit from our respected "authorities" the equivalent of "WSG cops". Just like in real life it happens. And the Admin knowing nothing about either of you, cannot easily determine the correct action. Therefore you might get kicked. So guys, do create your little "library of credentials" because you might well need it one day. Otherwise they may mistakenly ban you from WSG and you commit suicide or get a heart attack as a result.
This is your "online-life". It is worth a little work to save yourself from evil aggressors who wish to destroy us in dark name of "International Feminist Terror and Slavery of All Men". This also connects with my other request: What was the use of the name change? The name "That Asshole" has become a trademark. Some hated it, others loved it. It is also a symbolic name. It urges us not to look at the name but the substance behind it as men ought to do. Surely, all men would rather have the name of an "Asshole" and have real achievements than called "Sir-Hero" and possess a substance of ...."emptiness". Why not turn away from another feminist brainwashing product and try be "meaningful" instead of choosing a fancy name and staying full of....."nothing at all". So, please Admin what is the objection to the name?

I was under the impression that this was an adult site and as such we should be able to make our own mind up on opinions people present.
