You guys don't get it. These aren't 'models', these ARE Top Models. The type of models that do catwalks, fashion parades, and TV advertisments, etc. These are the most famous models in Paraguay.

I agree, but between Paraguay and NYC, there's the visa, the blank marriage, the bribes, the fake passports, you name it : and these things cost tens of thousands of dollars. There's a huge investment to be payed back once the girl has landed.

Think about drugs : would you pay 300 dollars for a gram of c*ke in Cali - or Asunçión, for all I know - only because that's the street price in NYC? You wouldn't, of course, you would pay 10 times less and it would taste just as good (better, in fact).

I will be travelling around South America soon and will be in Asuncion at the end of October for a while. I can probably only visit one or two places due to other commitments and wonder where you guys would go if you only had one night in Asuncion? Which is your favourite club/girl? Flew from Sao Paulo to Asunción with TAM-Mercosur in the morning (Fokker F100) and that flight was packed.
Immigration wasn't an issue, customs clearance very easygoing but right after customs just before the exit to the arrival hall another nasty VIPoliceman rechecked passports and asked questions like "where are you from", "purpose of your trip", "how long and where are you staying", "when and how will you leave"...
That's why I like to remind everybody that it is important to understand and speak some Spanish in those countries. Btw I never expected that international airport to be such a small one, its size reminds me the one in Tupelo (Mississippi, USA). Once inside the arrival hall, there is a lot of taxi drivers, "rental car pimps" and "change money"-guys jumping on you. Exchange rate at the airport is bad, 1 USD=5400 PYG. The official rate downtown Asunción is about 1 USD=6100 PYG. The Taxi (Mercedes-Benz) from the Airport to Hotel Asunción Palace took 70000 PYG which is 11 USD or 9.76 €.
I just went there without a previous reservation, without knowing about any vacancies and I've got a large suite discounted from 40 down to 28 USD, now that's a deal.

Hotel Asunción Palace is nicely located at the corner of "Estrella y Colon" and near "Palma", the main streetwalker hangouts. As I did plenty of research before the trip, I saved quite some data of internet girls for offline browsing. After getting streetwise during the afternoon (with temperatures of 104°F or 40°C) I went back to the Hotel for a shower and then called Vero (Asunsex.com.py), phone 0971-239373.

Day 2:
