I am in Abu Dhabi for more than a year and visited all known hubs several times.
So I know that best quality is usually found in Illusions, although it's the worst place in conditions. Very small so always very crowded, very dark, very noisy, and most expensive (190 entry on Thu / Fri and 150 on other days).
In my past visits during last two months I picked some really nice ladies (3 different ladies in 3 visits) for 1 hour /500 Dhs with minimum haggling. It's difficult to find a really good lady (rating 8+ FSU) for 300, so I start offering at 400, but all of them insisted on 500 each time, so I thought that it's a bit of well-known number for an 8 FSU lady in Illusions. One of them was the sweet Natalia from Russia. I still remember her lovely green eyes. Bad luck she left Abu Dhabi short after I met her.
But yesterday things went so strange. For some reason I had an itch yesterday looking for a bit taller lady (I am 175 cm so If the lady is also around 175 cm too and with their really high heels she would be a bit taller than me and that's it, nothing special). So I stayed two hours in club looking for this and found two ladies. For face and body they are just the usual 8 rating, the only plus is that they were a bit taller with their high heels. Time was 2:00 am already.
For the first lady I offered 500 directly, she smiled as if I am telling a joke and shook her head. I asked her with hand sign what she is asking for then? She whispered in my ear "one thousand", then she left.
For the second lady, I again offered 500 directly, and again she smiled as if I am telling a joke and when I made the hand sign this girl just walked away without quoting any number, as if her quote is way higher than 500 and she don't want to waste her precious time haggling. I thought "what on earth do she think herself is? If I am to offer 1 K /1 hour, it won't be for you, that would be a waste".
So I think it was a bad luck yesterday with those who rate themselves as 11 while they are only 8 and thinking about 1000+/ one hour. Dear friends, even if you can pay those arrogant ladies 1 k / hour or 10 k / hour doesn't mean you should do it. Once you give a certain number even once, it will be the new standard for you and others and they won't accept less after that, that's how inflation happens in any trade.

Thanks for reacting to my post. And yes as Uktouae concluded, I meant the Caucasian ethnicity not the exact nationality. If you would like to share the contact of the Azerbaijani lady you talked about in a PM, that would be nice.
But now as I review the big picture of the mongering scene in Abu Dhabi in general, I started to realize that mongering in Abu Dhabi is a bit difficult for picky guys like me, in comparison to Dubai. I read it and heard it a lot before that Abu Dhabi is not like Dubai, and now I realized it myself. Dubai has a much more bigger and diverse scene. I have been once in Red Square (or any club inside Moscow hotel) and there was a group of nice Caucasian ladies (exactly as I imagined) sitting there. That's what I found easily in a short visit to Dubai and only in one club visit.
Even AMPS quality in Dubai is considerably higher than Abu Dhabi. So if you can go to Dubai on weekend, you will have a way better mongering experience. But as this is not possible on every weekend, so I continue to search for the best AD can offer, as long as I am still living in AD.
Last Sunday, I was at the Illusion around mid night. The place was packed with WG. Most of them were too big for my liking. I prefer the slim, which are few in Abu Dhabi. After spending about an hour, I could identify only 3 that met my requirement. One of them was very pretty and was asking 700 for an hour. She did not accept my offer of 500 and came down only to 600. She also mentioned that if I would have been staying at the same hotel, she would have gone for 500. While, 100 AED was not a deal breaker, I had a feeling that she would rush through the act to get more customers. The second one from Turkey accepted my offer of 500, but was nowhere to be seen after a while. That left me with a girl from Georgia, who was only 15 days old in AD. We all have different views on value. I prefer quality over quantity and I prefer Filipinas to any other Asian brand as they speak better English. I value all you say plus GFE and PSE (with a touch of bisexual of course). When I find quality I pay a little more or I go without.
I have paid less for Filipinas before that I was not sure about and did not enjoy.
In the Philippines I don't have issues in finding my value mark but in the UAS standards and quality have fallen but prices are rising IMHO. So when I find one I like I will pay a tad more. Same in Philippines but not as high in the pricing bracket of course.
Those that prefer Viets PRCs etc are welcome to enjoy but I don't and those who meet the AA girl as you call her (good name LOL) know she is worth it.

As per my experience in Abu Dhabi (please read my previous post below too) you need to have some haggling skills and do some scouting in known hubs. One can get many nice ladies of all ethnicities for 400-500 (300 is rare), But keep 500+taxi as a maximum last and never exceed that number.
Of course you will meet some who ask for 1000-1500-1600-2000 or even more but you just skip them.
1500 Dhs is 400 $ !! 1000 Dhs is 270 $. I didn't go mongering in other countries but as I searched online the average worldwide should be around 100 $ ? Maybe other members with international experience can confirm that?
