Haha. Agree. Luckily, I dress well, fit, polite, so don't think I've disgusted too many thai ladies. I've walked around those Soi alleys last year so know what you're saying. I took a bike tour of BKK and the bike shop was right next to them. But believe it or not haven't gone into any yet. I've tried to read massage thread but alot of it seems YMMV or hit or miss. Any specific shops you recommend from recent visits?
I'll have to pay a little more attention to Soi 23 and area around Cowboy this trip. Honestly I stayed at Sheraton Grande last year to experience Soi Cowboy and found the gogo bars and street was not my scene. So I migrated to Thermae, street, online. But I need to branch out a little as it's getting boring. Hence the mix of massage this trip.
I guess I've banged the most girls at Alice massage, compared to the amount of girls working there. For some reason they seem to have more good looking girls than the other shops much of the time, even though it's probably the smallest shop. I'll pass by all 4-5 shops on each side of the Marriot M hotel to see though. Girls come and go all the time, day to day, and I've passed Alice massage plenty of times without seeing anyone I'd like to bang too, at which point I just choose the best of a mediocre bunch at one of the shops for a decent thai massage with nothing more, except usually a BJ as long as she comes down to my price of 1,000 for that. Not all do, but I'm there mainly for the massage, not sex, so it doesn't bother me. And if you want sex for sure, there are several sex shop on the same soi.
Soi 23 I'd put pretty far down on the list. It was much closer to where I airbnb-ed last time, but I only rarely went down that soi, and find it a bit too ghetto for my taste. Soi 23 is more "skanky women who sell sex, but pretend to massage", while soi 22 is more "normal girls / women who sell massage, but sometimes sell sex too".
